Mechanical/Electrical Engineers (Consultants – Building Services)

Planning Manager

Ensuring compliance with all SIG processes, procedures, policies and standards, also overseeing project administration functions, including document control, reporting workflows, and governance processes. Conduct ongoing market research for key MEP systems and packages (e.g., HVAC plant, ductwork, pipework, electrical distribution, lighting, UPS/generators, fire protection, controls/BMS), tracking price movements, availability, lead times, and supplier/installer capacity.
