The Transportation &amp; Distribution will report to the Transportation and Distribution Manager and will be responsible for implementing Transportation and Distribution strategy, business models and tactical plans for the Transportation and Distribution operation in order to support company’s strategic goals and objectives<ul><li>Optimization of transportation and distribution route planning for delivering products</li><li>Daily review operational KPIs</li><li>Master data management (Fleet &amp; Customer level)</li><li>Adhering to and execution of HSE standards, local quality requirements, SLAs</li><li>Financial planning and execution according to strategy and budget</li><li>Maintain effective cooperation with providers to assure efficient execution of goods transportation</li><li>Consulting and input on customer requirements/SLA</li><li>Promote a continuous improvement environment by implementing best practices in logistics operations</li><li>CSC Projects</li><li>Reporting</li></ul>What we are looking for:<ul><li>University degree in Finance/Business Administration/Engineering or relevant field, MSc in Logistics will be considered an asset</li><li>At least 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the FMCG sector</li><li>Excellent command of English both writing and speaking</li><li>Strong user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</li><li>Experience in ERP systems; professional&nbsp;experience in SAP will be considered a plus</li><li>Creativity, analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Dynamic, self-driven and results oriented personality</li></ul>What you can expect from usWe foster an open communication and feedback culture in order to deal with our daily challenges. Transportation and Distribution Supervisor

The Finance Business Partner acts as the key liaison between the Finance department and business units, helping stakeholders understand financial performance, make informed decisions, and achieve strategic goals.
