Primary functional management of Ortec Workflow Scheduling (OWS) software and handling the relationship with the software provider (ORTEC).Create and communicate weekly/monthly shift schedules for all IKOS Resorts, working together and coordinating departmental planners and hotel managers.Process systemically all scheduling requests, changes, leaves, substitutes, etc.Prepare system and planning cycle SOP and governance.Provide training to system users and provide first-line support towards colleagues (managers/planners) using the system (e.g. creating the rosters/schedules).Propose and implement improvement proposals considering new user requirements.What will you bring?Good analytical and managerial skills.Ability to prioritize issues and recommend solutions.Ability to work and cooperate with large and diverse teams.Ability to communicate clearly with various stakeholders in the organization.Some experience in shift planning or relevant software or ERP.Experience in Hotel daily operations and dynamics is a plus.What we offerTeamBecoming a member of an organization that cares about its people, the environment, and the local communities.Grow&nbsp;Have room to grow and develop via numerous opportunities for learning, professional development, and career advancement.CareCompetitive remuneration packagePrivate health insuranceFlexible working model
