Olympia Electronics S.A., a leading company in the Greek market for security systems, based in Aiginio, Pieria, is looking to hire a&nbsp;Production Supervisor Technician&nbsp;with the following responsibilities:Job SummaryThe Production Supervisor Technician is responsible for the effective management and supervision of technical and production processes to ensure high-quality and efficient production.The position emphasizes the automation of processes to increase productivity and reduce costs.Main ResponsibilitiesProduction Coordination:<ul><li>Manage and monitor daily production activities.</li><li>Ensure adherence to schedules and production efficiency.</li></ul>Quality Assurance:<ul><li>Ensure compliance with quality standards.</li><li>Perform quality checks and take corrective actions when necessary.</li></ul>Problem Solving:<ul><li>Address and resolve technical issues that arise during production.</li></ul>Process Optimization and Automation:<ul><li>Identify and implement improvements in production processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.</li><li>Implement and monitor automated production systems.</li><li>Integrate new technologies and automation methods to improve the production process.</li></ul>Supervision of Tests:<ul><li>Oversee large-scale and long-duration product tests.</li><li>Conduct product simulation tests.</li></ul>Training and Development:<ul><li>Train and develop production team members.</li><li>Ensure continuous training and professional development.</li></ul>Collaboration:<ul><li>Collaborate with other departments such as maintenance, quality assurance, and supply chain to ensure smooth production operations.</li></ul>Reporting:<ul><li>Create reports on production performance, issues, and improvements.</li></ul>Required QualificationsEducation:<ul><li>Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.</li><li>A postgraduate degree will be considered an advantage.</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>At least 5 years of experience in a similar position in an industrial environment.</li></ul>Knowledge:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of electronic circuits and materials.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret electronic component identification.</li><li>Knowledge and understanding of PCB design.</li><li>General knowledge of circuit upgrades.</li><li>Knowledge of automation and the integration of new technologies in the production line.</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Leadership and team management skills.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent communication skills.</li></ul>Languages:<ul><li>Excellent command of Greek and English.</li></ul>The Company Offers:<ul><li>Opportunities for advancement and continuous training</li><li>A stable and friendly working environment</li><li>A modern and dynamically growing work environment</li></ul>Please send your CV, specifying the job position you are interested in, to&nbsp;cv@olympia-electronics.gr.Thank you for your interest in working with our company, and we wish you the best of luck!
