Sunsail is recruiting cruising instructors based in Greece and Croatia to work in the Mediterranean for the Summer. Full-season roles are available, and following successful summer placements, winter opportunities may be available.Working hours vary, and you MUST be able to cover operational requirements. Cruising Instructor

Sunsail is currently recruiting bareboat skippers based in Greece and Croatia to work in the Mediterranean for the Summer. Full seasonal roles are available on a one-week or two-week bareboat route. Full and high-season positions are open, and following successful summer placements, winter opportunities may be available.Primary duties will centre around the yachts, the base and ports of call. You and your lead boat team will be the face of the company. Working hours vary, and you MUST be flexible to operational requirements. Bareboat Skipper

Sunsail is recruiting flotilla kids activity coordinators to work in Greece on our one-week flotilla routes for peak season. The successful candidate will be part of the flotilla lead crew coordinating activities for children aged 5-17 years old.Primary duties will centre around the yachts, the base and ports of call. You and your lead boat team will be the face of the company. You and your lead boat team will be the face of the company. Working hours vary, and you MUST be flexible to operational requirements. You may sometimes be required to assist with other flotillas or base duties. At the beginning and end of the season, you may be asked to carry out fleet re-fit/lay-up. The yachts are prepared for the upcoming season or furloughed for winter during these periods. You and your lead boat team will be the face of the company. Working hours vary, and you are flexible to operational requirements. The yachts are prepared for the upcoming season or furloughed for winter during these periods.
