More than a place to stay, it’s a destination where authentic Corfiot heritage meets stylish modern living, designed to connect people with culture, nature, and each other.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervises, trains, and motivates the bar team to deliver exceptional service.</li><li>Oversees daily operations and ensures smooth execution of all bar duties.</li><li>Creates and updates the beverage and cocktail menu in collaboration with the F&amp;B Manager, ensuring creativity, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.</li><li>Prepares and serves drinks according to hotel standards and guest preferences.</li><li>Monitors inventory levels and communicates replenishment needs promptly.</li><li>Ensures the cleanliness, organization, and proper setup of the bar area at all times.</li><li>Maintains compliance with hygiene, safety, and sanitation procedures.</li><li>Inspects bar equipment regularly and reports any malfunctions or maintenance needs.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in a bar management role within the hospitality industry</li><li>Strong knowledge of beverage preparation, mixology, and bar equipment</li><li>Excellent leadership and team management skills</li><li>Good knowledge of English; additional languages are a plus</li></ul>BenefitsAt Conrad Corfu, joining our team is a unique opportunity to grow your career in a world-class luxury environment.
