The ideal candidate will be responsible to ensure compliance in line with legislation and all system processes including quality and safety, implementation of quality management actions and contributing to the development of company policies and procedures.Key responsibilities:<ul><li>Works closely with Hotel Managers and HODs to establish, maintain and optimize QMS in all group properties</li><li>Ensures full compliance of hotel SOPs, policies, procedures, and brand standards.</li><li>Ensures H&amp;S compliance in line with local and international legislation, as well as ABTA-FTO regulations.</li><li>Enhances approach sustainability and establish key steps for waste management and energy efficiency.</li><li>Works closely with the HR Department to establish, maintain and optimize HR processes.</li><li>Cooperates with the Purchasing Department to establish quality requirements from external suppliers.</li><li>Identify relevant quality-related training needs and deliver training to ensure procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated.</li><li>Serves as a key contact for Tour Operators/Ext. Auditors/Int. Quality Coordinator

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a&nbsp;Receiving Clerk to join our Four Seasons Hotel Mykonos opening team in Greece!
