Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες<ul><li>Συμμετοχή στην ανάπτυξη και υλοποίηση προγραμμάτων loyalty &amp; rewards.</li><li>Παρακολούθηση και ανάλυση δεδομένων για αναγνώριση τάσεων και ευκαιριών.</li><li>Ικανότητα διαχείρισης και ενημέρωσης της πλατφόρμας loyalty,</li><li>Συνεργασία με τα τμήματα Marketing, Sales και Customer Service για κοινές στρατηγικές.</li></ul>Απαραίτητα Προσόντα<ul><li>Πτυχίο Marketing, Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων, Τουρισμού ή συναφούς κλάδου.</li><li>Τουλάχιστον 1 χρόνος εμπειρίας σε loyalty programs</li><li>Αναλυτική σκέψη και ικανότητα αξιοποίησης δεδομένων πελατών.</li><li>Γνώση συστημάτων CRM / loyalty management.</li><li>Άριστες επικοινωνιακές και οργανωτικές δεξιότητες.</li><li>Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών.</li><li>Γνώση δεύτερης ξένης γλώσσας θα εκτιμηθεί</li></ul>___________________________________________________________Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Participate in the development and execution of loyalty and rewards programs.</li><li>Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.</li><li>Manage and update the loyalty platform.</li><li>Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service teams to develop joint strategies.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 1 year of experience in loyalty programs.</li><li>Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage customer data.</li><li>Knowledge of CRM and loyalty management systems.</li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills.</li><li>Very good knowledge of English.</li><li>Knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered an asset.</li></ul>
