Scorpios is seeking a hands-on, design-savvy, and globally minded FF&amp;E Procurement Agent to support our high-end hospitality development projects across different departments: beach clubs, restaurants &amp; bars, rooms, and wellness spaces. This role is instrumental in sourcing, negotiating, and coordinating all FF&amp;E-related needs to bring Scorpios' design vision to life across existing and upcoming destinations (across all locations).As Scorpios expands globally, the successful candidate will help build and refine procurement processes while maintaining a deep commitment to craftsmanship, sustainability, and design integrity, together with operations and development Scorpios teams. Responsibilities <ul><li>Source FF&amp;E items globally, including both bespoke and off-the-shelf solutions, aligned with each project’s concept and design vision</li><li>Build and maintain strong vendor and artisan relationships across diverse sourcing markets (Europe, Latin America, Middle East, etc.) as per Scorpios business needs and locations</li><li>Manage the full procurement lifecycle: from request for quotation and sample approvals to order placement, logistics coordination, and delivery – in alignment with local teams</li><li>Negotiate pricing, lead times, payment terms, and value engineering options where necessary</li><li>Prepare and maintain procurement schedules and ensure alignment with overall project timelines</li><li>Collaborate closely with interior designers, architects, and project managers to ensure items reflect technical and aesthetic specifications, for all Scorpios locations</li><li>Oversee shipping, customs clearance, warehousing, and installation logistics across multiple regions</li><li>Conduct on-site visits during key project phases to oversee FF&amp;E installation, verify quality, and address last-minute changes</li><li>Establish standardized processes and procedures for supplier audits and quality assurance to maintain consistency across all items sourced.</li><li>Create supplier performance dashboards and post-project procurement reports to support future design and sourcing decision.</li><li>Maintain detailed procurement logs, budgets, and cost tracking reports for scorpios leadership and procurement/development departments.</li><li>Support invoice validation and financial reconciliation with Finance team.</li><li>Ensure that all procured items meet Scorpios’ standards for quality, materiality, sustainability, and ethical sourcing.</li><li>Be flexible to adapt responsibilities as per business needs, Scorpios leadership and direct managers requests.</li></ul> Requirements <ul><li>3–5 years of proven experience in FF&amp;E procurement for luxury hospitality, boutique hotels, F&amp;B, or high-end retail projects</li><li>Strong understanding of interior design principles and material specifications</li><li>Experience working with international suppliers and managing global logistics</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and procurement tools (e.g., Fohlio, SpecSources, or equivalent)</li><li>Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills</li><li>High attention to detail, with exceptional organizational and documentation capabilities</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities</li><li>Willingness and ability to travel frequently for sourcing, quality control, and on-site installation oversight</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, and architectural plans to ensure procurement aligns with design specifications</li><li>Knowledge of supply chain risk mitigation strategies and supplier compliance tracking</li></ul> Benefits <ul><li>A chance to work on globally recognized hospitality dynamic environment with opportunities to grow and learn</li><li>Opportunities for travel to sourcing destinations and project sites</li></ul>

The Head of Sales drives commercial performance, stabilises event operations, and builds a strong pipeline of qualified leads across all Scorpios locations. This role blends strategic sales &amp; events leadership with hands-on event execution, ensuring every guest experience aligns with the brand’s culture, values, and aesthetic standards. Acting as a cross-functional leader, the Head of Sales &amp; Events designs concepts, manages teams, and supports multiple verticals—including F&amp;B, wellness, and hospitality. This role requires a creative, non-traditional mindset to identify and expand commercial opportunities beyond conventional event spaces, transforming them into meaningful expressions of the Scorpios world. Lead Generation<ul><li>Develop and implement multi-location sales strategies to attract events, brand collaborations, wellness activations, retreats, partnerships, and F&amp;B experiences etc.</li><li>Build and maintain a strong lead pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and strategic relationship management, including trade shows and industry events.</li><li>Manage client relationships from first contact through event execution, ensuring alignment with Scorpios’ brand values.</li><li>Guide teams to deliver personalized service while implementing effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.</li><li>Develop targeted outreach for key markets (EU, US, Middle East etc) and build relationships with agencies, planners, DMCs, and HNW networks.</li><li>Implement upsell and cross-sell initiatives across F&amp;B, hotel stays, wellness, and cultural programming.</li><li>Develop location-specific strategies aligned with market trends, ensuring local teams can execute effectively.</li></ul>Event Planning &amp; Execution<ul><li>Develop innovative concepts to drive sales activations and enhance engagement.</li><li>Oversee the full lifecycle of events, including planning, contracting, budgeting, logistics, and post-event evaluation.</li><li>Coordinate with all scorpios departments: F&amp;B, Operations, Music, PR/Marketing, and Guest Experience teams for seamless execution of the strategic sales and event plans.</li><li>Maintain consistency in event quality and brand presentation across all locations and scorpios properties.</li><li>Collaborate with third-party vendors to create a Scorpios vendor blueprint while ensuring operational alignment; in a global and local level.</li><li>Identify upsell opportunities during planning and execution to maximize revenue, for all scorpios locations.</li><li>Lead post-event commercial follow-up to secure repeat business and partnerships.</li></ul>Stabilisation &amp; Process Building<ul><li>Create templates, workflows, and communication flows to streamline processes.</li><li>Implement a CRM-driven strategy to track leads, client communication, follow-ups, and conversion metrics.</li></ul>Team and Training Development<ul><li>Train local teams on sales protocols, event standards, client communication, and brand ethos.</li><li>Mentor teams to ensure professionalism, storytelling, and service excellence.</li><li>Support onboarding on new members.</li></ul>Communication &amp; Performance<ul><li>Develop and execute room sales strategies for Scorpios hotel component.</li><li>Collaborate with Head of Hotels and Revenue teams on pricing, segmentation, and distribution channels.</li><li>Drive improvements in ADR, RevPAR, and occupancy across all openings and existing properties.</li><li>Identify commercial opportunities for peak periods, long stays, prepayment packages, and buyouts.</li></ul>Pre-Opening Sales<ul><li>Lead creation of sales materials (fact sheets, floor plans, rate cards, villa specifications, visual assets) in collaboration with Marketing team.</li><li>Lead creation of Sales Materials</li></ul>Distribution &amp;
