The successful candidate will support the reservation team in the daily operation, for the continuous reception and registration of hotels reservations in the Property Management System.Key responsibilities:<ul><li>Processing reservations by e-mail, telephone or web platforms.</li><li>Assisting and advising customers who may be choosing from a variety of travel options.</li><li>Making reservations for customers based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances.</li><li>Checking the availability of accommodation on the customers’ desired travel dates.</li><li>Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers.</li><li>Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.</li><li>Selling and promoting reservation services.</li><li>Answering any questions customers might have about the reservation process.</li><li>Up-selling, when appropriate, by informing customers of additional services or special packages such as upgraded accommodations.</li><li>Providing support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation.</li><li>Archive and filing of all the reservations related records</li><li>Updating PMS with reservations received by the internet or via tour operator.</li><li>Close cooperation with the Sales Department for revenue and availability related issues.</li><li>Other reservations department related activity as per the company’s requirements</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications<ul><li>Higher Education Degree</li><li>Experience working in reservations or public relations, preferably in the hospitality or travel industries.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft office suite.</li><li>Full knowledge of English and German language (knowledge of additional language will be appreciated).</li></ul>Skills and experience:<ul><li>Customer-service experience.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.</li><li>Data entry experience.</li></ul>In the context of the above position, the company offers:<ul><li>Competitive compensation package</li><li>Professional development opportunities in an ever-growing Group.</li><li>Continuous training in line with the company’s standards &amp; dynamic development</li><li>Positive and supportive working environment in an organization that respects its people, the environment and local communities.</li></ul>For all applications and information submitted, absolute confidentiality will be maintained.&nbsp;

Reservations Agent

We are seeking an enthusiastic and people-oriented Executive Project Manager to oversee and support the progress and success of key projects across various corporate and hotel operation departments, including Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, IT, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources and others. The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact between Board members and the project team, ensuring optimal resource utilization within budget and timeline constraints, monitoring quality standards, managing risks throughout the project lifecycle, and delivering comprehensive project reports.&nbsp;Applicant’s main accountabilities:<ul><li>Develop detailed project plans for multiple departments and lead their execution to achieve operational efficiencies.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure the optimal use of resources to meet project goals and adhere to KPIs, while staying within budget and timeline constraints.&nbsp;</li><li>Motivate and support department supervisors and team members, ensuring collaboration and productivity.&nbsp;</li><li>Facilitate communication and act as the primary point of contact between Board members and the project teams.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure project deliverables meet agreed-upon quality standards, aligned with the Group’s objectives and priorities.&nbsp;</li><li>Monitor risks throughout the project lifecycle and adjust plans as necessary.</li><li>Conduct project evaluations and prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and other relevant documents.</li></ul>Applicant’s main qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a STEM-related field.&nbsp;</li><li>Master’s degree or equivalent in Project Management or a related field is considered a valuable asset.&nbsp;</li><li>Mid-level professional experience (3-7 years) in similar role.&nbsp;</li><li>High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
