Scorpios is looking for a Procurement Assistant to assist in daily operations of Purchasing Department. We therefore encourage applications from all genders, races, religions, ages and sexual orientations, as well as parents, veterans, people living with disabilities, and any other groups that could bring diverse perspectives to our business.&nbsp;Responsibilities&nbsp;<ul><li>Assist in daily purchases from retailers for various items.</li><li>Check quality and quantity of the receiving products.</li><li>Conducting inventory lists of the CAPEX and OPEX equipment.</li><li>Coordination with other departments.</li><li>Communicating errors to Head of Purchasing Department.</li><li>Loading and wrapping stock in warehouse.</li><li>Ready to address diverse events that come up and handle shopping tasks as needed at any given moment.</li><li>On a daily basis, we monitor the warehouse stock located both in Scorpio and beyond, ensuring coverage of the store's daily needs.</li><li>You will be responsible for entering invoices into the warehouse system (Materials Control).</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements&nbsp;<ul><li>Bachelor in Business Administration/Logistics will be considered a plus</li><li>Working Experience in a similar position at hospitality industry for at least 1 year</li></ul><ul><li>Computer Skills (ECDL required)</li></ul><ul><li>Interest in Procurement</li><li>Fluency in English will be considered an asset</li><li>Physically capable</li></ul>&nbsp;Benefits&nbsp;Scorpios offers a competitive salary with career development opportunities, based on the candidate's qualifications and skills.
