We currently have an opportunity for the Director of Purchasing to join our Four Seasons Resort Mykonos opening team in Greece!Main Responsibilities:<ul><li>Ensure all local and corporate policies, rules, internal controls and procedures, and safeguards as they relate to the Purchasing Department are complied with.</li><li>Ensure proper authorization has been obtained for all hotel-specific purchasing contracts and conduct, manage and complete competitive bids in accordance with policy and ensure bids are on file where applicable prior to execution of contracts.</li><li>Monitor the status of slow-moving stocks and ensure a Slow-Moving Stocks Report is circulated monthly to the Director of Finance and the respective Division Heads concerned.</li><li>Ensure that all purchase order requests are properly documented and accounted for, completed, and approved before a purchase order is prepared and the items are purchased.</li><li>Supervise the day-to-day functions of the Purchasing department and ensure that all items received by the hotel are properly documented in accordance with Four Seasons Purchasing and Receiving Procedures.</li></ul>Our Ideal Director of Purchasing candidate will have:<ul><li>Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a similar role or relevant position.</li><li>Strong knowledge of purchasing operations, including customs clearance for international merchandise.</li><li>Familiarity with high-end luxury hotel and restaurant products.</li><li>Strong research and negotiation skills to secure the best quality products.</li><li>Excellent command of English; Greek language skills are an asset.</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.</li><li>A keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to deliver results under pressure.</li></ul>All applicants must possess the legal right to work in Greece.

Director of Purchasing

Reporting to the Director of IT, the IT Specialist is Responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of all computer systems, data and voice communications activities at property.What you will do<ul><li>Assist with user and system administration, including account management and access troubleshooting.</li><li>Support various hotel applications such as Opera, Simphony, back office, sales, catering, and HR systems.</li><li>Contribute to IT infrastructure data management and the provisioning of documentation.</li><li>Provide assistance in the coordination and execution of IT projects.</li><li>Help maintain critical systems (PMS, HSIA, PBX, POS) and support user procedures.</li><li>Assist with server infrastructure management, performance monitoring, and OS upgrades.</li><li>Provide system support services, including outage diagnosis, troubleshooting, and virus protection.</li><li>Help uphold Four Seasons' core technology standards in all IT operations.</li><li>Assist in coordinating new technology acquisitions and major projects.
