Scorpios is looking for a Head Hostess that will oversee the hosting team and will ensure exceptional guest experiences from the moment they arrive at Scorpios. Offer tailored recommendations to enhance their visit, including dining options, local experiences, and activities.</li><li>Engage with guests in a personable manner, enhancing their overall experience.</li><li>Address inquiries and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their visit.</li></ul>&nbsp;Reservations Management:<ul><li>Collaborate with the reservations team and other departments to accommodate special requests and preferences.</li><li>Oversee the flow of all the guests arrivals check in points</li></ul>Collaboration with Departments:<ul><li>Work closely with various departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.</li><li>Other duties as assigned by your direct manager.</li></ul>&nbsp;Guest Arrival and Orientation:<ul><li>Assist and overlook with F&amp;B, Rituall check-ins, ensuring a smooth and welcoming process. Provide comprehensive property tours, highlighting amenities, services, and points of interest.</li></ul>&nbsp;⁠F&amp;B Area Support:<ul><li>Support F&amp;B teams during peak times, ensuring guests receive prompt and attentive service. Address special requests or concerns to maintain high service standards.</li></ul>Feedback Collection and Improvement:<ul><li>Gather guest feedback proactively and address any issues or concerns promptly.
