As a Spa Receptionist you will…<ul><li>Make reservations for all Spa treatments</li><li>Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy</li><li>Record, store, access, and/or analyze computerized financial information</li><li>Greet guests courteously upon arrival</li><li>Promote in house and sister properties’ services and facilities</li><li>Handle guest needs, inquiries and requests regading spa services</li><li>Ensure that all pertinent information is recorded on registration card, report daily activity on log book</li><li>Conduct check-in and check-out procedures based on company ‘s standards</li></ul>Entry Requirements:<ul><li>Experience in a similar role.
