O/Η Σερβιτόρος/α είναι υπεύθυνος/η για την ορθή και ομαλή εξυπηρέτηση του εκάστοτε πελάτη, διασφαλίζοντας άριστα επίπεδα υπηρεσιών. Συγκεκριμένα, θα καλωσορίζει τους επισκέπτες και κατανοώντας τις προτιμήσεις τους θα κάνει προτάσεις από το menu. Waiter (Head & Assistants)

Η ομάδα της κουζίνας αποτελείται από chefs, sous chefs, μάγειρες, ζαχαροπλάστες, buffet runners και λαντζιέρηδες. Είναι ένα διαδραστικό και δυναμικό περιβάλλον. Όλοι οι επισκέπτες απολαμβάνουν γευστικές γαστρονομικές δημιουργίες με άψογη εξυπηρέτηση.
