H Hotels Collection | Social Media CoordinatorReporting directly to the Group Marketing Manager, the Social Media Coordinator will oversee and coordinate the social media presence of all hotels within the portfolio, as well as the corporate account. Acting as the key liaison between the company and the external digital agency, this role ensures that content, communication and collaborations align with the overall brand strategy and business objectives.Key responsibilities:<ul><li>&nbsp;Managing and overseeing all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.) for all hotels and&nbsp;&nbsp;the corporate brand</li><li>&nbsp;Reviewing, monitoring and providing structured feedback on the monthly content calendars prepared by the agency</li><li>&nbsp;Liaising on a weekly basis with the digital agency to guide calendar creation, align on trends and optimize performance</li><li>&nbsp;Ensuring brand consistency and high-quality storytelling across all digital channels</li><li>Visiting hotels to capture supporting photo and video content for social media use</li><li>&nbsp;Creating trend-driven video content (Reels, TikToks and short-form videos) aligned with platform dynamics</li><li>Organizing and coordinating content productions, including planning, scheduling and on-site supervision</li><li>Travelling when required to the Athens property or abroad for content creation and collaborations</li><li>&nbsp;Managing daily community engagement by responding to messages, comments and inquiries in a timely and professional manner</li><li>Actively interacting with followers to strengthen brand loyalty and online presence</li><li>Coordinating co-marketing activities, preparing clear briefs for partners and monitoring agreement fulfilment</li><li>&nbsp;Identifying, approaching and evaluating influencers, content creators and media partners</li><li>Coordinating hosting experiences to increase brand exposure and publicity</li><li>Preparing compelling monthly and campaign-based performance reports, tracking KPIs and proposing optimization actions</li><li>Supporting the wider marketing team by assisting with projects or tasks as needed to ensure smooth workflow and collaboration</li></ul>Skills and Experience:<ul><li>&nbsp;Proven experience in social media management, preferably in hospitality, travel or lifestyle</li><li>&nbsp;Fluency in English (written and spoken)</li><li>Strong organizational and project management skills</li><li>Creativity, analytical thinking and the ability to manage multiple brands</li><li>Experience with video content creation and editing tools is a plus</li><li>Team player who works closely with the wider marketing team</li><li>Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment</li></ul>In the context of the above position, the company offers:<ul><li>Competitive compensation package</li><li>&nbsp;Housing (out of the area residents).</li><li>Professional development opportunities in an ever-growing Group</li><li>Continuous training in line with the company’s standards &amp; dynamic development</li><li>Positive and supportive working environment in an organization that respects its people, the environment and local communities.</li></ul>For all applications and information submitted, absolute confidentiality will be maintained.H Hotels Collection - Unique hotels in Rhodes

The ideal candidate will be responsible to ensure compliance in line with legislation and all system processes including quality and safety, implementation of quality management actions and contributing to the development of company policies and procedures.Key responsibilities:<ul><li>Works closely with Hotel Managers and HODs to establish, maintain and optimize QMS in all group properties</li><li>Ensures full compliance of hotel SOPs, policies, procedures, and brand standards.</li><li>Ensures H&amp;S compliance in line with local and international legislation, as well as ABTA-FTO regulations.</li><li>Enhances approach sustainability and establish key steps for waste management and energy efficiency.</li><li>Works closely with the HR Department to establish, maintain and optimize HR processes.</li><li>Cooperates with the Purchasing Department to establish quality requirements from external suppliers.</li><li>Identify relevant quality-related training needs and deliver training to ensure procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated.</li><li>Serves as a key contact for Tour Operators/Ext. Auditors/Int.
