H Hotels Collection | Social Media CoordinatorReporting directly to the Group Marketing Manager, the Social Media Coordinator will oversee and coordinate the social media presence of all hotels within the portfolio, as well as the corporate account. The ideal candidate will be responsible to ensure compliance in line with legislation and all system processes including quality and safety, implementation of quality management actions and contributing to the development of company policies and procedures.Key responsibilities:<ul><li>Works closely with Hotel Managers and HODs to establish, maintain and optimize QMS in all group properties</li><li>Ensures full compliance of hotel SOPs, policies, procedures, and brand standards.</li><li>Ensures H&amp;S compliance in line with local and international legislation, as well as ABTA-FTO regulations.</li><li>Enhances approach sustainability and establish key steps for waste management and energy efficiency.</li><li>Works closely with the HR Department to establish, maintain and optimize HR processes.</li><li>Cooperates with the Purchasing Department to establish quality requirements from external suppliers.</li><li>Identify relevant quality-related training needs and deliver training to ensure procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated.</li><li>Serves as a key contact for Tour Operators/Ext. Auditors/Int.
