We at Nova, are a very young and dynamic team, the 2nd largest telecom provider in Greece, looking for vibrant and fast thinking "&nbsp;IP Network &amp; Security Engineer” to be part of our “IP Network &amp; Security Operations team”You have a challenging mission for:&nbsp;Managing network changes and upgrades, troubleshooting and resolving faults, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring seamless service for customers.What will you do:&nbsp;<ul><li>Implement changes and upgrades to network elements with a strong focus on minimizing customer service risks.</li><li>Participate in audits, Proof of Concept (PoC) trials, and testing procedures.</li><li>Provide technical expertise to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve faults efficiently.</li><li>Analyze and escalate customer complaints where necessary.</li><li>Develop and maintain documentation for operational and maintenance processes.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors to resolve trouble reports within agreed SLAs.</li><li>Participate in a rotational standby scheme, providing 24x7 second-level support for relevant systems and platforms.</li></ul>It would be great if you have:&nbsp;<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Telecommunications or a related field</li><li>3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the telecommunications sector.</li><li>Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, JNCIS, or equivalent) are highly valued.</li><li>Experience in Linux, scripting languages, Python and Ansible</li><li>Experience in AAA (Radius), DHCP and relevant well-known software (Kea/ISC DHCP, FreeRadius, Radiator, etc).</li><li>Experience in Fortinet firewalls. IP Network & Security Operations Engineer

Manage Leases/Rentals and Leased Lines for Mobile and Fixed Access Networks. Network Development Planning Engineer: Leased Lines and Leases

Senior Network Deployment & Systems Project Manager

The job holder will be responsible for designing Security and Connectivity solutions such as Next Generation Firewall, SASE, SD-WAN, and SD-LAN, aligning them with customers’ requirements. Additionally, they will describe and present these solutions' design and deployment plans. Will work closely with a wide network of partners, manage key accounts and vendors, and propose solutions.• &nbsp; &nbsp;Design and propose state-of-the-art solutions for Security, SASE, SD-WAN, and SD-LAN that best address customer needs. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Perform customer visits, lead the technical discussion, prepare the solution design and technical presentations, in collaboration with other technical teams, and direct feedback from the customer. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Manage and coordinate Vodafone’s sub-contractors to bring the appropriate technical solution on time. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Participation and ownership of Customer’s RFPs. • &nbsp; &nbsp;It is important to keep up with the latest Security and Connectivity technology trends to be able to introduce and train internally about new products or solutions accordingly.Who you are• &nbsp; &nbsp;The candidate for this position must have at least 3 years of relevant experience in business customer engineering, Security, or Connectivity Presales. Additionally, should have a university degree in IT or Telecom and more than one certification on the following Vendors Cisco or Huawei (CCNP level preferred), Fortinet (Professional or higher), Vmware (VMware SD-WAN Foundations), Checkpoint (CCSA or higher), HPE Aruba certifications or any other relevant certification.
