These values drive our actions, foster collaboration and inspire innovation in all that we do.What’s expected<ul><li>Respond timely and in an informative manner to all booking requests arriving by mail, telephone, web booking systems or any other means</li><li>Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings, execute and support the operational aspects of business booked, check if advance payments are made timely</li><li>Maintain reservation records, update room availability on the PMS database, process any modifications or cancellations and communicate with team members as appropriate</li><li>Be fully aware of room types, their locations, layout and specific features, and work on allocation and maximizing yield from room reservations</li><li>Be aware of all room rates, packages, discounts, special offers and other available benefits</li><li>Create and maintain a well-organized database of clientele profiles, updated with special requirements and any other useful information</li><li>Ensure excellent communication with the Front Office Team and coordinate the organization of additional services (such as airport transfer or VIP benefits) offered to the customers at the time of room reservation</li><li>Understand the overall market, be aware of competitors’ strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>2 years minimum experience in similar position in 5-star hotels’ reservations department</li><li>Certificate of studies from accredited School for Tourism</li><li>Excellent command of English language, additional foreign languages (preferably German) would be considered an asset</li><li>Strong computer skills and excellent knowledge of Microsoft office</li><li>Experience in GDS, IDS, OTA’s extranets and Property Management systems, preferably Opera</li><li>Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit</li><li>Previous working experience with Hilton Hotels &amp; Resorts is considered an additional asset</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>A salary that makes Mondays better – Competitive pay for your awesomeness.</li><li>Training that’s anything but boring – On-the-job learning and workshops to keep you sharp.</li><li>Grow while you glow – Opportunities for professional development at every step.</li><li>Perks that matter – Financial support for life’s big moments and a little extra on your birthday!</li><li>Take advantage of exclusive employee discounts on hotel stays worldwide, made possible through our partnership with a leading international hotel chain.
