Four Seasons Resort Mykonos is seeking a Bartender to support our Food &amp; Beverage teams in providing guests with memorable experiences as we open in the summer of 2026. You will prepare and serve drinks that complement traditional Greek cuisine, providing warm and personalized service to our guests.&nbsp;What You Will Do&nbsp;<ul><li>Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, and other beverages according to the restaurant’s standards.&nbsp;</li><li>Describe drinks and menu items to guests in an engaging and knowledgeable manner.&nbsp;</li><li>Anticipate guest needs, respond to special requests, and ensure&nbsp;timely&nbsp;delivery of all orders.&nbsp;</li><li>Break down, clean, and set up the bar area and&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;stock.&nbsp;</li><li>Operate point-of-sale system, handle cash floats, and manage bar requisitions.&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate with stewarding, culinary, and housekeeping teams.&nbsp;</li><li>Follow safety, hygiene, and F&amp;B procedures; respond to hotel emergencies.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist&nbsp;with service across different hotel outlets, events, and in-room dining as&nbsp;required.&nbsp;</li></ul>What You Bring&nbsp;<ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent experience.&nbsp;</li><li>Previous&nbsp;luxury or high-volume bar experience is an advantage.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.&nbsp;</li><li>Fluency in English; Greek is an advantage.&nbsp;</li><li>Food handling and sanitation certification is a plus.&nbsp;</li></ul>What We Offer&nbsp;<ul><li>Competitive Salary &amp; Benefits, Employee Meals, Bus Transport, Uniform &amp; Laundry Services.&nbsp;</li><li>Ticket Restaurant allowance.</li><li>Complimentary nights at Four Seasons Hotels &amp; Resorts globally.&nbsp;</li><li>Employee Recognition Program and access to global Training &amp; Development.&nbsp;</li></ul>
