Currently, we are seeking to hire a Payroll Specialist for the Marousi premises. Payroll Specialist

We are searching to hire a&nbsp;Natural Gas Commercial Specialist.The individual will be responsible for the preparation and execution of Natural Gas supply and sales contracts, daily Natural Gas Trading activities, including the scheduling of the necessary operational activities and the execution of transactions.<h2>During your day you will:</h2><ul><li>Draft and follow up the execution of Sales &amp; Supply Contracts for Natural Gas including checking monthly pricing and respective legal documentation preparation (EFET, ICs, KYC)</li><li>Draft and follow up the execution of Confirmation Notices of LNG deals including issuance of provisional invoices according to deals and respective legal documentation preparation (MSAs, KYC)</li><li>Deliver required reporting. Currently we are searching to hire a&nbsp;Financial Reporting Analyst to join our team.<h2>During your day you will:</h2><ul><li>Participate in the timely delivery of operationally sound accounting and financial reports to various stakeholders, including management, parent company, other departments etc.</li><li>Be responsible for the the quarterly financial reporting to Motor Oil for Coral Group companies of your responsibility.</li><li>Be responsible for the preparation of standalone statutory financial statements for Coral Group companies of your responsibility.</li><li>Confirm the accuracy of all critical accounts, check their balances, and suggest appropriate corrections to reflect the proper financial position of the companies in each reporting period.</li><li>Support effectively Internal &amp; External audits over accounting issues for specific legal entities of Coral Group.</li><li>Prepare and submit questionnaires for various purposes. i.e. Bank of Greece, IOVE, ELSTAT etc.</li><li>Be up to date with changes in International Financial Reporting Standards and communicates changes within Finance Department and apply necessary improvements in Group Reporting Systems.</li></ul><h2>What you need to stand out:</h2><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration or similar.</li><li>At least 4 years of relevant work experience ideally within an audit firm or Financial Analysis/ Financial Control Department.</li><li>Professional certification (ACCA, ACA or IESOEL) or Master’s degree is desirable but not mandatory.</li><li>Very good Knowledge of IFRS and Accounting.</li><li>Quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.</li><li>Strong communication skills both in Greek and English.</li><li>Results oriented and able to deliver under pressure to short deadlines, while coping with changing priorities.</li><li>Team Player and ability to work independently.</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;Our Compass is the #ACTION#A_uthenticity#C_ompassion#T_eamwork#I_ntegrity#O_wnership#N_ever giving up&nbsp;&nbsp;What gives us energy:<ul><li>Friendly and fast paced environment, being always at the heart of the #action</li><li>Continuous learning to empower our teams</li><li>Career Development opportunities across the Motor Oil Group</li><li>Competitive compensation package</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;*We @Motor Oil Group are an equal opportunity employer.Our hiring decisions are based solely on qualifications, merit, and business needs.
