As a Jr. Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and successfully implementing the New Channels commercial plan, strengthen and expand Mondelēz ’s position within the assigned customers and continuously bringing new customers – covering white spaces.How you will contributeYou will:&nbsp;<ul><li>Be Accountable for maintaining and developing&nbsp;strategic growth plans, based on market segmentation with a focus on white spaces with potential.</li><li>Create &amp; Develop Customer&nbsp;Business Plans, co-lead the&nbsp;negotiations&nbsp;and complete annual&nbsp;agreements.</li><li>Build collaborative business relationships with internal (Marketing, Trade Marketing, CS&amp;L, Finance) &amp; external stakeholders.</li><li>Support the Team with focused sales effort against&nbsp;key commercial priorities.</li><li>Apply&nbsp;Perfect Store&nbsp;mentality adjusted per segment.</li><li>Manage the customer relationship effectively via&nbsp;portfolio management,&nbsp;listings,&nbsp;distribution,activation&nbsp;based on&nbsp;ROI,&nbsp;penetration,&nbsp;awareness.</li><li>Carry out comprehensive and timely&nbsp;analysis&nbsp;of business performance for all customers in your portfolio and take corrective&nbsp;action&nbsp;to ensure delivery of agreed annual KPI’s.</li></ul>What you will bringA desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:•&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong&nbsp;analytical,&nbsp;organizational,&nbsp;planning&nbsp;skills in a fast-paced environment. As an Insights Specialist - Bakery, you will provide compelling insights and engage with customers and key account teams.
