Based in Athens, Greece, and reporting to the Accounting &amp; Tax Manager, the Accountant will be responsible for maintaining general ledger entries and ensuring that ledger data is accurate and precise. Provide some insights into the financial performance of the areas of assigned of responsibilities.The Accountant will oversee the accurate execution of daily accounting tasks, ensuring full adherence to established deadlines. The role requires a strong understanding of company policies and procedures, with the ability to identify normal and abnormal patterns when reviewing financial data. The Accountant ensures that all departments comply with internal processes and that all systems and data processing tools operate with built in integrity. Key duties include recording P&amp;L transactions (A/P, transfers, collections, etc.), supporting the monthly management accounts closing process, and handling all month end related responsibilities. The role provides financial insights on restaurant P&amp;L performance and collaborates closely with Store Managers. Additionally, the Accountant supports Admins in day to day tasks and coordinates with both Admins and Store Managers to ensure timely completion of month end activities. The position works closely with Restaurant Leaders and the Operations department, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes knowledge sharing and effective teamwork. Accountant

Based in Athens, Greece, and reporting to the Director of Training, the Training Specialist will be working closely with the restaurants by assisting in the implementation of effective training solutions. The successful candidate will collaborate with the McDonald’s Corporation, vendors, and suppliers to assist in the design, coordination, and delivery of training programs that support employees to grow. Enhanced organizational, communication and facilitation skills as well as a can-do attitude are important attributes for success in this role. Fluency in both the Greek and the English, language and proficiency with MS Office are essential.Experience with restaurant operations as well as LMS platforms and digital training tools will be considered an asset.
