We are seeking a skilled and motivated L3 Application Support Engineer to join our Technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and supporting internal and client-facing software applications, ensuring the design, quality and reliability of our solutions through rigorous QA, testing, and assessment procedures.Key Responsibilities &amp; Accountabilities ● Serve as the primary Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) of IoT Application Solutions contributing to solution design and offering● Assume end-to-end accountability for software service requests. Execute root-cause analysis and implement direct, code-level resolutions to system issues.● Handle L2 and L3 software support requests and coordinate with vendors to resolve issues efficiently● Orchestrate and facilitate User Operational Testing (UOT) phases in collaboration with key stakeholders to validate system integrity, performance, and operational readiness prior to production release● Author and systematically maintain rigorous technical documentation, encompassing system architectures, API endpoint specifications, and operational workflows for all newly developed and modified solutionsJob requirementsMain Requirements● Bachelor’ s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related field.● 3+ years of experience in a software engineering, application support, or DevOps role● Proven hands-on programming experience with .NET (C#) and a strong understanding of relational databases.
