We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across all roles and seniority levels, with a strong focus on administrative and specialist positions.This role is ideal for a hands-on recruiter who thrives in a scale-up environment, combines strong execution with process thinking, and wants exposure to HR Operations, workforce planning and People initiatives.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for business, operational and support roles</li><li>Partner closely with hiring managers to translate business needs into effective hiring plans</li><li>Own sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and direct search</li><li>Screen, interview and assess candidates, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience</li><li>Coordinate offers and support hiring decisions in collaboration with HR Lead</li><li>Process, Data &amp; HR Operations</li><li>Actively utilize the ATS, ensuring data accuracy and tracking KPIs</li><li>Support onboarding coordination and collaboration with HR Operations</li><li>Support People projects as the organization scales</li></ul>&nbsp;What We’re Looking For<ul><li>3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition and People Operations</li><li>Proven experience hiring administrative and specialist roles in fast-paced environments</li><li>Hands-on experience working with an ATS and recruitment data</li><li>Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Ability to operate autonomously while collaborating closely with senior leadership</li><li>Fluency in Greek &amp; English</li></ul>

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Based in Athens, Greece, and reporting to the Director of Training, the Training Specialist will be working closely with the restaurants by assisting in the implementation of effective training solutions. The successful candidate will collaborate with the McDonald’s Corporation, vendors, and suppliers to assist in the design, coordination, and delivery of training programs that support employees to grow. The incumbent of the role will plan and facilitate preparatory, and training sessions aligned with operational and brand standards. Enhanced organizational, communication and facilitation skills as well as a can-do attitude are important attributes for success in this role. Fluency in both the Greek and the English, language and proficiency with MS Office are essential.Experience with restaurant operations as well as LMS platforms and digital training tools will be considered an asset.
