TITAN Greece has an excellent opportunity for a Safety &amp; Operations Coordinator located at RMC Metamorfosi. The position reports to the Regional RMC Manager and supports Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) operations by ensuring the effective implementation and follow-up of Health &amp; Safety requirements. The role contributes to strengthening safety performance across RMC operations and acts as a key link between the Health &amp; Safety Department and RMC operational teams, translating safety feedback, audit findings, and guidelines into practical actions applied consistently across plants, fleet, and customer sites.Responsibilities• Act as the primary interface between the Health &amp; Safety Department and RMC operations, ensuring effective communication and follow-up of safety initiatives • Receive, communicate, and support the implementation of Health &amp; Safety feedback, recommendations, and action plans across RMC units • Ensure corrective and preventive safety actions are implemented within agreed timelines across RMC operations • Monitor compliance with Company Health &amp; Safety policies, procedures, and applicable legal requirements in daily operations • Support RMC plant managers, technical teams, drivers, and contructors in the practical application of safety procedures • Participate in plant inspections, site visits, and customer concreting activities to verify proper implementation of safety measures • Provide operational support to ensure safe execution of production, transport, and concreting activities • Support internal Health &amp; Safety audits in RMC plants and customer sites in coordination with the Health &amp; Safety Department • Translate audit findings into clear operational actions and monitor their implementation progress • Maintain accurate records related to inspections, safety actions, and follow-up activities through relevant reporting systems • Support the roll-out of Health &amp; Safety trainings, toolbox talks, and awareness initiatives across RMC operations • Reinforce safe working practices and contribute to strengthening a proactive safety culture • Identify recurring safety or operational risks and escalate improvement proposals to RMC management and the Health &amp; Safety Department • Provide operational feedback to support continuous improvement of safety practices and proceduresQualifications• Polytechnic School graduate in&nbsp;Mechanical, Electrical, Production &amp; Management, Industrial Design &amp; Production, or Materials Science Engineers• Experience in Ready-Mix Concrete, construction, industrial operations, or similar operational environments • Good understanding of Health &amp; Safety principles, risk assessment, and workplace safety practices • Ability to translate safety guidelines and audit findings into practical on-site actions • Strong communication and coordination skills with a hands-on operational approach • Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken) • Good knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with operational or safety reporting systems will be considered an asset • Military obligations fulfilled (if applicable)&nbsp;What We Offer • Private health insurance • Annual medical check-up • Performance bonus scheme • Prepaid supermarket cards • Continuous Learning &amp; Development opportunities • Internships and summer school programs for employees’ children • Wellness programs and exclusive employee offers

Safety & Operations Coordinator 25208

In this role you will execute service work with low to medium complexity in accordance with ABB standard processes, quality standards and safety guidelines. You will be in close cooperation with customers and other ABB teams, acting as the technical point of contact while delivering quality and satisfying customer service.Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing routine maintenance and on-site or remote technical support.&nbsp;The position involves travelling within Greece &amp; occasionally international travel, as you will have the opportunity to provide hands-on assistance at customer sites.You will mainly be accountable for:<ul><li>Performing service tasks such as installation and commissioning of equipment, identifying technical problems, making analysis through remote or on-site activity in different service categories (installation and commissioning, routine maintenance, extensions, replacements etc.)</li><li>Consulting with and advising customers on the best service solutions in accordance with standard processes, procedures and safety guidelines</li><li>Creating and maintaining strong relationships with customers, appreciating their needs and providing specialist assistance and solutions</li><li>Coordinating and executing specialist projects through planning, meeting milestones and regular reviews</li><li>Troubleshooting simple equipment failure and making recommendations to avoid repeating the problem in the future</li><li>Identifying opportunities to develop new service applications, equipment and methods &nbsp;</li></ul>Qualifications for the role:<ul><li>Electrical Engineering educational background (with License to practice)</li><li>Ideally, 2-5 years of experience in relative industry</li><li>Hands-on experience in servicing, maintenance, commissioning and repairing of frequency drives, UPS, solar inverters will be an asset</li><li>Sound knowledge of MS Office &amp; Outlook. Knowledge of SAP &amp; Salesforce, will be a plus</li><li>Driver’s license.
