You will be responsible for implementing solutions across multiple Zoho applications, developing custom workflows and scripts (Deluge), and building seamless integrations with our ERP system.Key Responsibilities &amp; Accountabilities<ul><li>Customize and configure Zoho modules including - but not limited to - CRM, Creator, Billing, Flow, and Projects</li><li>Develop advanced workflows, functions, and automation using Deluge script to address unique Telematics business processes</li><li>Build and maintain robust integrations between Zoho applications and ERP via API’s</li><li>Provide technical support and training to users, ensuring data integrity across all integrated systems</li></ul>Job requirementsMain Requirements&nbsp;<ul><li>Proven experience as a CRM Specialist, (Zoho ecosystem will be considered as a plus)</li><li>Proficiency in Deluge scripting language is essential</li><li>Experience integrating Zoho with external platforms using API’s, specifically for real-time data exchange</li><li>Proven problem-solving skills with experience managing complex data integrations and workflow scenarios</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide top-notch customer support</li><li>Enthusiasm for staying updated with the latest industry developments and eagerness to bring innovative solutions to the organization</li><li>Proficiency in English</li></ul>We Offer&nbsp;<ul><li>Competitive remuneration package</li><li>Private health and life insurance</li><li>Mobile phone and Laptop</li><li>Career development opportunities</li><li>A collaborative and modern work environment</li></ul>G4S is committed to Equal Employment Opportunities!
