In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to improving Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) performance in electrification business area. Each day, you will support the business by applying in-depth HSE knowledge and offering solutions and advice. You will also demonstrate your skills by ensuring effective risk management through HSE excellence throughout the ABB value chain. Working model for the role is: hybrid according to Department needs and requirements You will be mainly accountable for: •Conducting comprehensive risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.•Developing and delivering training programs on health, safety, and environmental policies to employees at all levels.•Cross-functional collaboration to integrate HSE into operational procedures and strategies.•Monitoring and analyzing safety performance metrics, preparing reports and presentations for management review.•Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, updating policies and procedures as necessary.•Acting as a key point of contact for HSE-related inquiries, fostering a culture of safety within the organization.•Developing, implementing, and maintaining HSE policies and procedures aligning with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.Qualifications for the role<ul><li>You have 2- 3 years of experience in Health and Safety</li><li>Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering or other relevant</li><li>Familiarity with environmental management systems (ISO 14001) and Occupational Health and Safety Management (ISO 45001) will be an asset</li><li>Driving license (role may require small amount of travel across Greece)</li><li>You are at ease communicating in Greek &amp; English language.</li><li>A collaborative, solution-focused approach and proficient written and spoken communication skills.</li><li>A commitment for promoting a safety-first culture and continuous improvement.</li></ul>

HSE Specialist

The Imports/Exports Assistant will provide support to the Imports/Exports department and will be involved in the organization and monitoring of shipments and the progress of imports based on pre-agreed schedules, as well as in the control and preparation of import and export documents in accordance with international and state customs regulations.Job Description<ul><li>Communicating with suppliers for orders, shipments, shipping documents, and payments, according to department procedures</li><li>Entering supplier orders into ERP</li><li>Checking/Correcting/Archiving shipping documents and entering them into ERP</li><li>Communicating with 3PL, transport companies, customs brokers and banks</li><li>Preparing documents/forms for the efficient transportation of goods according to department procedures</li><li>Preparing payments, opening &amp; modifying P/Os, in collaboration with the Finance Department</li><li>Communicating with 3PL/Customs Brokers for prioritizing customs clearances &amp; import receipts based on company procedures in collaboration with the supply and distribution departments</li><li>Communicating with the warehouse for scheduling export shipments</li><li>Creating and issuing reports to monitor performance and relevant indicators of the imports/exports department</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Αt least 2 years of experience in an Import/Export company with similar responsibilities in the Imports/Exports department.&nbsp;Experience in the fashion industry will be considered a plus</li><li>BSc in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or equivalent recognized program in Logistics/SCM</li><li>Hands on experience with ERP platforms.
