The Enterprise Engineering &amp; Solution (EES) department within Network Engineering is responsible for designing and developing enterprise solutions integrated into the Vodafone network. In this role, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality risk intelligence and analysis to support our clients' third-party risk management programs.Our TeamThe success of third-party relationships is critical to our clients. Our Extended Enterprise professionals help maximise the benefits gained from the relationships our clients have with various business partners including:<ul><li>Suppliers</li><li>Customers</li><li>Franchisees</li><li>Licensees</li><li>Distributors</li></ul>In Extended Enterprise we perform a huge variety of projects helping our clients with their third-party relationships. This ranges from advising our clients on how to risk assess, manage and monitor populations of sometimes over 100,000 third parties, helping perform due diligence on individual third parties as well as entire supply chains, and supporting to build sustainability and resilience into their supply chain operations. We help clients across a wide range of regulatory, reputational, operational and ethical risks. Key Responsibilities Risk Intelligence and Data Analysis:<ul><li>Conduct risk assessments on third parties, leveraging data from various sources to identify, analyse, and evaluate potential risks.</li><li>Perform due diligence activities, including background checks, financial analysis, and reputational reviews.</li><li>Monitor third-party performance and risk profiles on an ongoing basis, identifying and escalating potential issues.</li><li>Develop and maintain risk intelligence dashboards and reports, providing actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.</li><li>Remote Audit Execution: Skilfully conduct remote audits and assessments of third parties, leveraging technology and virtual communication tools to effectively evaluate controls and identify potential risks.</li><li>Third-Party Engagement: Confidently engage directly with third-party representatives to gather information, conduct interviews, and perform on-site or remote risk assessments, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li></ul>TPRM Program Support:<ul><li>Assist in the implementation and management of TPRM programs for clients, including policy development, process improvement, and technology implementation.</li><li>Support the delivery of TPRM training and awareness programs to clients.</li><li>Stay abreast of industry best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging trends in TPRM.</li></ul> Client Service and Communication:<ul><li>Interact with clients on a regular basis, providing updates, responding to inquiries, and addressing concerns.</li><li>Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to clients on TPRM-related topics.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, demonstrating a commitment to their success.</li></ul>Qualifications and Experience<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, information technology, or a related field.</li><li>1-3 years of experience in a risk management, compliance, audit, or related field.</li><li>Strong understanding of TPRM principles, methodologies, and best practices.</li><li>Experience with data analysis techniques and tools, including data mining, statistical analysis, and visualization.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience with TPRM (Third Party Risk and Compliance) platforms.</li><li>Relevant industry certifications.</li></ul> If you're ready to take your career to the next level in a challenging international environment, focusing on continuous learning and dynamic teamwork, both in Greece and abroad, you're ready for Deloitte! #WhatWeOfferAt Deloitte, we know that great people make a great organization.
