Business Analyst & SQL Specialist

Cyber Operations and Architecture Senior Specialist

The Cost Optimization Consultant plays a key role in identifying, analyzing, and implementing cost reduction strategies across business operations, supply chains, and technology portfolios. This role involves leveraging data-driven insights, process improvement methodologies, and financial analysis to deliver measurable savings while maintaining or improving service levels and quality. We are looking for a tech-savvy and strategically minded Head of Technology &amp; Systems, to oversee the technology infrastructure and lead key initiatives &amp; projects across Direct Banking Division, which includes Europhone Banking (Contact Center), Telemarketing (Outbound Sales), Self-Service Terminals (ATM, APS, etc.) &amp; Hybrid Sales.
