Do you want to work for a company where you can take initiatives, risk and act in an autonomous way?LEROY MERLIN is a member of the French Adeo Group (900 stores and 150,000 Leaders in 13 countries worldwide), which ranks 1st in Europe and 3rd worldwide in the DIY market.Our Mission is to build a better &amp; a more sustainable life at home for everyone!We are looking for a:Trade Marketing &amp; Brand Activation SpecialistThe life of a Trade Marketing &amp; Brand Activation Specialist @LEROY MERLIN:Trade Marketing &amp; Opecom Management<ul><li>Annual Planning: Develops the annual commercial activation plan (Opecom Plan) based on customer insights &amp; business needs and shares/aligns it with key company stakeholders.</li><li>Operational Leadership: Defines the details of the communication brief per operation (Opecom) according to seasonal themes and prepares product requirements for all parties involved.</li><li>Commercial Steering: Pilots the company’s national discounts (balancing promo depth vs. EDLP) and ensures that the final selection builds a strong Value for Money (V4M) price perception in the consumer's mind.</li><li>Promo Execution: Designs, coordinates, and monitors the execution of trade marketing &amp; promotional activities, ensuring 360° alignment (In-store, Radio, TV, Leaflets, Digital).</li><li>Process Optimization: Manages the opecom process retroplanning and ensures the constant improvement of internal workflows (creation, optimization, and running).</li><li>Data-Driven Insights: Analyzes consumer and market data and monitors competition to provide actionable insights and benchmarks regarding annual planning, offer types &amp; on-going optimizations.</li><li>Performance Evaluation: Tracks and evaluates promotional performance (ROI, Traffic, Turnover, Elasticity), ensuring alignment with targets and budget.</li><li>Price Accuracy &amp; Quality Control: Supports the production of monthly leaflets and catalogs, focusing on content checking, price accuracy, and final proofreading to ensure zero errors.</li><li>Reporting: Creates comprehensive reports on campaign results, promoting a culture of results-linked communication (budget vs. turnover and traffic achieved).</li></ul> We will have the perfect match if you have:<ul><li>Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Experience: Minimum 3 years in Trade Marketing, Category Management support, or Commercial roles, ideally within Retail.</li><li>Technical Skills: * Advanced MS Office and/or Google Suite (Excel for tracking/pricing, PowerPoint for presentations).</li><li>Experience with Market Data tools and Data Visualization (e.g., Power BI).</li><li>Languages: Fluent in English and Greek (written and oral).
