We are looking for a&nbsp;Head of ΙΤ Retail who will be responsible for all aspects of information systems and digital initiatives for all the retail companies and ensures seamless operation of Retail stores in Greece and abroad, enhancing productivity, improving customer experience, and driving innovation through digital trends and technologies.The Head of IT Retail leads a team of professionals to ensure the seamless delivery of IT services and technical solutions, manages vendor relationships and leads IT innovation within the Retail companies. &nbsp;Furthermore, the Head of IT Retail oversees the smooth operations of Retail site systems, their integration with SAP &amp; other ERP systems, payment and other line of business (LoB) applications. The role manages the collaboration with other departments and external partners to deliver innovative and impactful solutions in alignment with the Retail business vision, strategy, goals and values.<h2>During your day you will:</h2><ul><li>Be responsible for the seamless IT service delivery for all Retail stores (indicatively fuels sites, convenience stores, pharmacies, car wash sites, energy (utilities) stores) over a number of countries.</li><li>Be responsible for the design, requirements analysis, planning, implementation and monitoring of new projects/ solutions for all Retail stores, ensuring the integrity/quality of the overall solutions.</li><li>Be responsible for planning and executing/monitoring of the corresponding budget in Retail.</li><li>Be responsible for the fiscal and legal compliance of all Retail stores cooperating closely with the tax and legal departments and tax authorities to monitor deadlines and timetables and schedule IT resources accordingly.</li><li>Evaluate current business processes to identify opportunities for digital enhancement and advises stakeholders on optimal digital investments to boost productivity and improve customer experience.</li><li>Analyze, evaluate and propose procurement of hardware, software &amp; IT services, considering current and future needs of the Retail stores.</li><li>Monitor vendors SLAs according to their contractual obligations and manages vendor relationships and escalations.</li><li>Stay abreast of emerging digital trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.</li><li>Supervise section staff, sets goals and evaluates performance</li></ul><h2>What you need to stand out:</h2><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field</li><li>Master of Science degree with relevant specialization would be considered a plus</li><li>At least 6 years of proven experience in similar role and fast paced environment&nbsp;</li><li>High level knowledge of Information systems and technology management. &nbsp;Knowledge of SAP business processes will be considered a plus.</li><li>Knowledge of Retail industry standards and practices. Responsibilities:<ul><li>Communicates to Masters Voyage instructions, port requirements, local regulations, cargo requirements and precautions, ship’s charter party description and applicable clauses.</li><li>Checks&nbsp;cargo docs, LOIs, bunker requirements and authorizes bunker invoices.</li><li>Issues voyage instructions, ship’s cargo holds preparation instructions and Monitors ship’s cargo holds condition and preparation.</li><li>Communicates with charterers via broking channels.</li><li>Monitors the actual day-to-day performance and financial expenditure of the vessels.</li><li>Coordinates with Chartering department in describing vessel’s particular characteristics and reviews Charter Party clauses.</li><li>Appoints cargo and bunker surveyors and port agents and arranges various services that the ship requires. Updates position list and position books, checks with agent the ship’s prospects and approves D/As.</li><li>Liaises with the Insurance and Claims Departments in handling of claims, hazardous situations, accidents and P &amp; I involvement.</li><li>Monitors the performance of the vessels based on charter party and Company’s requirements and guidelines. Also monitors the daily performance at Sea with regards to speed, consumption and weather conditions.</li></ul>Qualifications / Experience:<ul><li>5&nbsp;years of office experience as Operator&nbsp;in a shipping company with bulk carriers.</li><li>Fluency in English.</li><li>Computer literate.</li><li>Communication &amp; negotiation skills.</li></ul>

Fleet Operator

Responsibilities:<ul><li>Regularly visits company’s vessels to report on their condition and/or supervise repairs.</li><li>Performs riding attendance as defined by the Maintenance Manager, including preparation for third-party inspections (e.g., terminals, port state, class, flag, P&amp;I), always ensuring compliance with the company's safety, quality, and environmental standards.</li><li>Monitors the repair and maintenance of vessels, offering similar support to the rest of the fleet vessels.&nbsp;</li><li>Attends dry dockings to ensure all tasks assigned by the Maintenance Manager and/or Technical SupEng are carried out to specification, ensuring the vessel is delivered in seaworthy condition and ready in all respects.</li><li>Assists in preparing dry dock and repair specifications.</li><li>Provides technical support to the personnel onboard.</li><li>Attends new acquisitions and vessel sales to new buyers.</li><li>Travels abroad to ports frequented by the company's vessels to conduct inspections, assist onboard personnel, and monitor the preparation of third-party inspections.</li></ul>Qualifications / Experience:<ul><li>Chief Engineer’s or 2nd&nbsp;Engineer’s license and minimum 3 years of sea service at these positions.</li><li>Office experience as Superintendent Engineer will be considered an asset.</li><li>Fluency in English.</li><li>Computer literate.</li><li>Travel mobility.</li></ul>
