The successful candidate will play a significant role in the tendering process for EPC projects of Energy Business Unit. Your role is to support &amp; report to the Head of Business Development, contributing to the implementation of the Energy Division's business strategy and goals.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Proactively identify and evaluate new tenders aligned with the company's Energy Business Unit</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends and market opportunities</li><li>Thoroughly analyze Tender documents to understand and address the specific needs of customers</li><li>&nbsp;Conduct site visits when necessary to accurately identify and define the scope of a Tender</li><li>Work closely with Engineering Teams to audit and review the technical appendices of EPC proposals</li><li>Actively seek and discover new subcontractors relevant to specific projects and sectors</li><li>Maintain updated lists of subcontractors, ensuring alignment with project requirements</li><li>Monitor the entire proposal process, ensuring coordination of internal and external resources</li><li>Effectively communicate proposal document delivery and costing requirements to meet proposal due dates</li><li>Proactively identify, track, and document issues, providing timely resolutions</li><li>Follow up on submitted proposals</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical)</li><li>Strong analytical skills</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively</li><li>Excellent English command (written and oral)</li><li>High capabilities of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</li><li>Having 1-2 years’ experience in tendering for energy EPC projects will be a plus</li><li>Ability to travel internationally if needed</li></ul>The Company Offers<ul><li>Competitive remuneration package</li><li>Friendly and challenging working environment</li></ul>
