Αυτή την περίοδο αναζητούμε:"Store Human Resources Business Partner"Αποστολή:Είναι υπεύθυνος/η για την παροχή καθοδήγησης και υποστήριξης σε θέματα HR.Εφαρμόζει και υποστηρίζει το Κατάστημα τις στρατηγικές και τις πρωτοβουλίες της ομάδας PEOPLE και διασφαλίζει ότι είναι ευθυγραμμισμένες με την συνολική στρατηγική του BU σε θέματα HR.Αποτελεί μέλος της Διοικητικής Ομάδας του καταστήματος και λειτουργεί συμβουλευτικά στους Διευθυντές Καταστήματος αλλά και Τμημάτων σε θέματα που σχετίζονται με τους συνεργάτες και είναι το σημείο αναφοράς για όλα τα θέματα που σχετίζονται με τους εργαζόμενους (πρακτικά &amp; συμβουλευτικά).
