We work together to shape the future of energy, and we focus on developing and empowering our people, cultivating their talents that will shape our future journey towards the energy transition.<h2>Starting with the role:</h2>We are currently searching for Hellenic Hydrogen to hire a Head of Strategy &amp; Business Development.&nbsp;<h2>During your day you will:</h2><ul><li>Lead the Business Case Assessment, actively participate in the initial phase of Hydrogen Project setup, including Strategic Fit Evaluation, business case development, identification of threats and opportunities, and preliminary cost estimation</li><li>Coordinate the development activities related to the company’s projects</li><li>Conduct techno-economic assessments to establish project feasibility and validate project’s prospects</li><li>Coordinate the Front-End Loading process including the preparation of the projects scope (equipment lists, schedules, general arrangements etc.) and overall project definition</li><li>Define Project Scope &amp; Objectives, develop high-level project plans (Resources, Cost &amp; Timelines), identify the stakeholders involved and determine the expected project deliverables</li><li>Lead the creation of RFPs and participate in the identification, evaluation and selection of External Advisors (i.e. Engineering Consultants, Legal Advisors, Business Consultants etc.) and/or Contractors</li><li>Manage and coordinate the External Advisors and Contractors while preparing management reports to support decision-making and ensure effective project oversight</li><li>Monitor and manage project risks and issues, propose mitigation actions, and escalate critical matters to management when required</li></ul><h2>What you need to stand out:</h2><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Applied Sciences or Engineering related field</li><li>Master’s degree in energy related fields would be considered an asset</li><li>At least 5 years professional experience in Corporate/Business Development roles within the energy sector</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Management</li><li>Knowledge of Techno-Economic Assessment methodology</li><li>Working knowledge on Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Project</li><li>Fluency in English (proficiency in writing, reading, speaking)</li><li>Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the Energy Sector</li><li>Strong communication skills and team spirit</li><li>Extrovert, ability to form professional networks</li><li>Excellent analytical skills</li><li>Critical and innovative thinking</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;Our Compass is the #ACTION#A_uthenticity#C_ompassion#T_eamwork#I_ntegrity#O_wnership#N_ever giving up&nbsp;&nbsp;What gives us energy:<ul><li>Friendly and fast paced environment, being always at the heart of the #action</li><li>Continuous learning to empower our teams</li><li>Career Development opportunities across the Motor Oil Group</li><li>Competitive compensation package</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;*We @Motor Oil Group are an equal opportunity employer.Our hiring decisions are based solely on qualifications, merit, and business needs. Head of Strategy & Business Development

To meet current corporate needs, we would like to bring to our team a&nbsp;highly motivated&nbsp;Social Media Content Creator, Malls&nbsp;&nbsp;The&nbsp;Social Media Content Creator, Malls, is responsible for managing the Malls’ social media channels and plays a key role in shaping messaging for both internal and external audiences. This position requires the ability to conceptualize, create, and execute compelling content that drives engagement, strengthens brand presence, and influences key constituents across all social platforms. A critical component of the role is the consistent production of high-quality visual content that aligns with and reflects the client’s brand voice and visual identity.&nbsp;The Social Media Content Creator, Malls will be reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, Malls&nbsp;In detail, the&nbsp;Social Media Content Creator, Malls will be responsible:&nbsp;<ul><li>Creates and conceptualizes innovative, captivating content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.</li><li>Produces engaging, shareable content that resonates with target audiences across social media channels.</li><li>Stays at the forefront of social media best practices and trends, leveraging expertise in platform-specific creative specifications to optimize content tailored to each channel.</li><li>Experiments with new content formats, features, and emerging platforms to push the creative boundaries of social media and stay ahead of the market.</li><li>Creates, edits, animates, and optimizes engaging multimedia content, including video and photography, promptly and effectively, ensuring it meets company needs and deadlines.</li><li>Leverages data and analytics to inform content updates, necessary edits or changes, and rapid pivots to ensure successful engagement.</li><li>Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing teammates, external partners, and designers, to align content and ensure consistency in messaging and campaigns.</li><li>Supports integrated communications efforts and ensures brand consistency across all platforms.</li><li>Produces effective and creative copy for SoMe content.</li><li>Tracks and reports on content marketing insights, including traffic, engagement, and other key metrics.</li></ul>&nbsp;You will be a successful candidate for our job opening, if you can identify yourself with the following criteria:&nbsp;Academic Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.</li><li>Excellent command of English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with digital project management tools.</li><li>Knowledge of video editing applications.</li></ul>&nbsp;Professional Experience:<ul><li>About 2-5 years of experience as a Content Creator or a similar role, ideally in retail / shopping centers or Advertising with a focus on social media content creation.</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of social media content types and styles, especially within photography and video.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of content creation tools, multimedia software and social media platforms and management systems.</li><li>Passion for staying up to date with social media trends and digital innovations.</li><li>Great copywriting skills (both in Greek &amp; English language).</li><li>Ability to write and proofread creative copy.</li></ul>&nbsp;On a personal side, the ideal candidate:&nbsp;<ul><li>Creative personality</li><li>Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized.</li><li>Able to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Enjoys working in collaborative, cross-functional teams.</li><li>Passionate about marketing, content, and digital innovation.</li><li>Attention to detail, a keen eye for aesthetics with a commitment to quality.</li><li>Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving.</li></ul>&nbsp;Our Company offers:&nbsp;Our vision is to bring to life the largest urban regeneration project in Europe.
