Job Description:<ul><li>Research and map international charter markets, identify key players and business opportunities</li><li>Analyze competition and market trends to support competitive product positioning</li><li>Approach potential clients via outreach, calls, and meetings — and represent Lalizas at international marine/yachting events</li><li>Present our marine and life-saving equipment to prospects and existing clients, highlighting benefits and value</li><li>Build and maintain long-term relationships with charter companies, brokers and partners</li><li>Offer excellent pre- and after-sales customer service, supporting clients before, during and after purchase</li><li>Work across departments to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth processes</li><li>Travel regularly to meet clients, attend events and grow our international network</li></ul>&nbsp;Skills and Experience:<ul><li>University degree — ideally in Business, Marketing, Maritime Studies or similar</li><li>Strong background (3+ years) in sales, business development or chartering/marine industry</li><li>Fluent/native-level English; knowledge of additional languages (especially French) is a plus</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills</li><li>Good knowledge of MS Excel and comfort with CRM tools</li><li>Willingness to travel frequently for business</li><li>Results-driven, organized, able to manage multiple tasks, work well under pressure and cooperate with different teams</li></ul>
