Your day to day will include: • &nbsp; &nbsp;Developing OS layouts, including architectural design, construction licensing, and optimal product/equipment placement, ensuring alignment with OPAP brand guidelines, operational needs, and retail trends to enhance customer experience and sales • &nbsp; &nbsp;Coordinating with Retail, Engagement, Legal teams, and external partners to finalize design elements that are feasible, on-brand, and tailored to market needs • &nbsp; &nbsp;Reviewing design requests for new openings or structural changes and assigning work to engineers, ensuring adjustments follow design manuals • &nbsp; &nbsp;Engaging with construction teams, suppliers, and authorities to ensure smooth execution, overseeing timelines, budgets, and quality standards • &nbsp; &nbsp;Contributing to the creation and update of OS design manuals covering electromechanical and architectural aspects • &nbsp; &nbsp;Monitoring placement of equipment, gaming machines, and furniture according to store standards • &nbsp; &nbsp;Managing the end-to-end design process, including studies, documentation, licensing, and construction packages for new OS and renovations • &nbsp; &nbsp;Updating OS designs per latest manuals and brand standards, proposing improvements based on feedback and lessons learned • &nbsp; &nbsp;Supporting partner selection and negotiations, providing guidance for OS design preparation • &nbsp; &nbsp;Supervising team members, offering support and coaching for skill development and goal achievement&nbsp;What you need to succeed:&nbsp;• &nbsp; &nbsp;Bachelor of Engineering in Civil or Architecture Engineering.
