Στο πλαίσιο λοιπόν της διαρκούς ανάπτυξής μας, αναζητούμε τον κατάλληλο υποψήφιο για τη θέση:Business &amp; Commercial Systems ManagerΣκοπός ΘέσηςΟ ρόλος αυτός γεφυρώνει το εμπορικό τμήμα με την τεχνολογία, εξασφαλίζοντας ότι οι εμπορικές πολιτικές, οι στρατηγικές τιμολόγησης, οι διαδικασίες διαχείρισης προϊόντων και οι προωθητικές ενέργειες εφαρμόζονται σωστά μέσα από τα πληροφοριακά συστήματα της εταιρείας (ERP, CRM, BI).Ο επαγγελματίας αυτός θα συνεργάζεται στενά με τον IT Director και τα τμήματα της Εταιρείας (Πωλήσεις, Marketing, Product, Finance, Logistics), με στόχο τη βελτιστοποίηση των επιχειρησιακών διαδικασιών και την αποδοτική χρήση των εργαλείων ERP για τη στήριξη της εμπορικής στρατηγικής.Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες<ul><li>Διαχείριση &amp; Βελτιστοποίηση του ERP: Παραμετροποίηση και διασφάλιση ότι το ERP ανταποκρίνεται στις εμπορικές ανάγκες (διαχείριση προϊόντων, τιμολογιακές πολιτικές, εκπτώσεις, προωθητικές ενέργειες, κοστολόγηση κ.λπ.).</li><li>Υποστήριξη Στρατηγικής &amp; Πολιτικών: Μετατροπή εμπορικών στρατηγικών σε λειτουργικές διαδικασίες μέσα από τα πληροφοριακά συστήματα.</li><li>Ανάλυση &amp; Reporting: Δημιουργία και ανάλυση αναφορών που αφορούν πωλήσεις, κέρδος, εκπτώσεις και απόδοση προϊόντων, συμβάλλοντας στη λήψη αποφάσεων.</li><li>Διαχείριση Δεδομένων Προϊόντων: Καθορισμός και διατήρηση κωδικοποίησης προϊόντων, προδιαγραφών, κατηγοριοποιήσεων και κανόνων τιμολόγησης.</li><li>Υποστήριξη Πωλήσεων &amp; Marketing: Διασφάλιση ότι οι εμπορικές ομάδες έχουν τα σωστά εργαλεία και δεδομένα για να εκτελέσουν τις στρατηγικές τους.</li><li>Συνεργασία με το IT &amp; τα Εμπορικά Τμήματα: Εργασία με τους υπεύθυνους IT για ανάπτυξη, βελτιώσεις και διασύνδεση των συστημάτων (ERP, CRM, BI, eCommerce).</li><li>Διαχείριση Έργων &amp; Νέων Υλοποιήσεων: Συμμετοχή σε έργα ανάπτυξης και βελτίωσης των εμπορικών και ERP συστημάτων.</li></ul>Απαραίτητα Προσόντα<ul><li>Εμπειρία 5+ ετών σε εμπορικές/αναλυτικές θέσεις με χρήση ERP (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics ή άλλα).</li><li>Γνώση εμπορικής στρατηγικής και τιμολόγησης, καθώς και της εφαρμογής τους μέσω πληροφοριακών συστημάτων.</li><li>Ικανότητα ανάλυσης δεδομένων και reporting (BI tools, Excel, SQL είναι πλεονέκτημα).</li><li>Εμπειρία σε project management που αφορά εμπορικές διαδικασίες και ERP συστήματα.</li><li>Ισχυρές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες για συνεργασία με πολλαπλές ομάδες (IT, Finance, Sales, Marketing).</li><li>Ικανότητα διαχείρισης και βελτίωσης επιχειρησιακών διαδικασιών.</li><li>Πτυχίο σε Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων, Πληροφοριακά Συστήματα, Οικονομικά ή παρεμφερές αντικείμενο.</li></ul>Επιθυμητά Προσόντα<ul><li>Εμπειρία σε CRM και eCommerce πλατφόρμες.</li><li>Πιστοποιήσεις ERP (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, NetSuite κ.λπ.).</li><li>Ικανότητα διαχείρισης και βελτίωσης workflow διαδικασιών.</li></ul>Εταιρικές Παροχές<ul><li>Ανταγωνιστικό μισθολογικό πακέτο σύμφωνα με την εμπειρία και τα προσόντα του υποψηφίου.</li><li>Bonus επίτευξης στόχων βάσει απόδοσης και εμπορικών αποτελεσμάτων.</li><li>Εταιρικό αυτοκίνητο &amp; κάλυψη εξόδων μετακίνησης για επαγγελματικές ανάγκες.</li><li>Εκπαίδευση &amp; επαγγελματική ανάπτυξη μέσω εξειδικευμένων σεμιναρίων</li><li>Σύγχρονο και δυναμικό εργασιακό περιβάλλον με δυνατότητα εξέλιξης.</li></ul>
