The role who will be responsible for projects across Greece, ensuring compliance with QHSSE policies, implementing QHSSE standards, performing risk assessments, conducting training, and managing safety plans and compliance at construction and operating sites.<h2>During your day you will:</h2><ul><li>Ensure operational compliance with QHSSE policies, Crisis &amp; Emergency Plans, and legal frameworks, including ESG reporting requirements.</li><li>Perform Safety Engineer/Technician duties and ensures legal compliance in HSE, supporting departments in meeting their legislative requirements.</li><li>Create site visit reports and provides consultation to site supervisors on QHSSE compliance and best practices.</li><li>Conduct regular sessions with site supervisors for either operational or project sites to review ongoing QHSSE issues and relevant contractors performance.</li><li>Identify training needs, delivers HSE training, and convenes safety meetings to promote awareness and compliance.</li><li>Support the implementation of QHSSE MS standards, including Management of Change processes, across departments.</li><li>Undertake risk assessments and develop Emergency Response Plans for various projects and operations.</li><li>Initiate procurement requests for services by Safety Coordinators and provides technical advice</li><li>Assist in incident management, leading investigations per INIL procedures to identify learnings and preventive actions.</li><li>Collaborate with external stakeholders and authorities, staying updated on relevant QHSSE legislation and fostering a proactive safety culture.</li></ul><h2>What you need to stand out:</h2><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering</li><li>Master’s degree in Engineering or other relative field will be considered an asset</li><li>At least 5 years of working experience on relative business as Health and Safety Inspector/coordinator preferably on construction or field operations</li><li>QHSSE Technical Competencies</li><li>Sound knowledge of ISO requirements</li><li>Fluency in English (verbal and written)</li><li>Leadership Skills</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Organizational skills</li><li>Time management skills</li><li>Travelling flexibility is required</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;Our Compass is the #ACTION#A_uthenticity#C_ompassion#T_eamwork#I_ntegrity#O_wnership#N_ever giving up&nbsp;&nbsp;What gives us energy:<ul><li>Friendly and fast paced environment, being always at the heart of the #action</li><li>Continuous learning to empower our teams</li><li>Career Development opportunities across the Motor Oil Group</li><li>Competitive compensation package</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;*We @Motor Oil Group are an equal opportunity employer.Our hiring decisions are based solely on qualifications, merit, and business needs. QHSSE Engineer

As a Manager with HSE, Process Safety Management and/or Asset Integrity experience in a consulting environment, your role is managing operational risk management focussed projects and advising decision-makers on how to improve their operational risk management:<ul><li>You’ll save lives, drive performance and improve the working lives of all your clients’ employees.</li><li>You will manage a team of experienced consultants and subject matter experts to identify the root causes of client safety challenges by analysing a range of metrics and observations, and create, communicate and implement solutions for a broad range of industrial clients</li><li>You will be trusted to work directly with the client identifying pain points and developing and implementing effective solutions to meet their needs</li><li>You will develop your own and your team’s work plans, mobilizing the team to deliver effectively</li><li>You will work with members of your team to build their capabilities and deliver better value to the client</li><li>You will manage project delivery and cultivate client relationships.</li></ul>Job requirementsWho are you today?Beyond that, be yourself.
