Transportation Services: Operate an 8-seated golf cart to transport guests within the resort premises. Follow a designated route and make stops at specified areas, ensuring timely and safe transportation.Guest Interaction: Provide excellent guest service by greeting guests, assisting with boarding, and disembarking, and answering any questions they may have. Prepare daily transfer schedules, driver itineraries, and necessary vouchers.Flight Monitoring:&nbsp;Proactively monitor daily flight and arrival information, updating transfer schedules in real-time to prevent delays or missed pick-ups.Interdepartmental Liaison:&nbsp;Act as the main point of contact between the Transportation Department and the Front Office, Concierge, and Reservations teams regarding guest arrivals, departures, and special requests.External Communication:&nbsp;Maintain clear communication with external transfer suppliers and drivers to confirm bookings, resolve operational issues, and ensure service quality.
