We are looking for a consultant to join our&nbsp;Human Capital Operate – HR Systems &amp; Integration&nbsp;team in Thessaloniki.The role is part of Deloitte’s&nbsp;HC Operate&nbsp;model and focuses on the operation, stabilization, evolution and continuous improvement of complex multi-system HR landscapes, rather than pure system implementation.You will work across leading HR platforms such as Oracle HCM Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors and Workday, supporting cross-system integrations and operational services in international and multi-country environments, with a strong focus on service quality, governance, automation and AI-enabled innovation.The position is suitable for functional, technical or techno-functional profiles with a strong interest in HR technologies, service excellence and people development. #YourRoleAs a Consultant - HC Operate (Cross-HR Systems), you will:<ul><li>Deliver international Operate and AMS services across Oracle HCM Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors and Workday environments.</li><li>Support the run and evolution of HR systems, ensuring operational stability, compliance and continuity.</li><li>Operate and support HR integrations across multiple platforms from a functional, technical or techno-functional perspective.<ul><li>Work with integration technologies including</li><li>SAP Integration technologies (e.g. SAP CPI / SAP BTP),</li><li>Oracle Integration technologies (e.g. Oracle Integration Cloud)</li><li>Boomi integration platform.</li></ul></li><li>Analyze incidents, problems and recurring operational issues, contributing to root cause analysis and continuous improvement.</li><li>Collaborate with client and vendor teams in multi-vendor HR ecosystems.</li><li>Support incident, problem and change management in line with ITIL / ITSM and Deloitte Operate governance.Contribute to automation and AI-enabled use cases (e.g. ticket analysis, monitoring, data quality controls).</li><li>Produce and maintain functional, technical and operational documentation.</li><li>Lead and mentor junior team members, providing coaching and on-the-job training.</li><li>Participate in client meetings, service reviews and workshops.</li><li>Continuously update HR technology and integration certifications and strengthen leadership skills through Deloitte training programs.</li></ul>#Our Requirements Key Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field.</li><li>Experience in HR systems operations, support or HC Operate / AMS models.</li><li>Exposure to one or more HR platforms: Oracle HCM Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors and/or Workday.</li><li>Hands-on experience supporting HR integrations using SAP, Oracle and Boomi integration technologies, either:<ul><li>from a functional standpoint (process analysis, testing, coordination, validation), or</li><li>from a technical / techno-functional standpoint (interfaces, mappings, APIs, monitoring).</li></ul></li><li>Experience working in multi-system HR landscapes, including payroll, time &amp; attendance and external systems.</li><li>Familiarity with ITIL / ITSM processes (incident, problem, change, release management).</li><li>Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery models.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio).</li><li>Strong communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.</li><li>Very good command of English, written and spoken.</li></ul> Bonus Qualifications<ul><li>Experience in a consulting firm, preferably within HC Operate or AMS services.</li><li>Certifications on Oracle HCM Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors or Workday.</li><li>Exposure to integration architecture, automation or AI solutions applied to HR systems.</li><li>Experience supporting international, multi-country HR environments.</li></ul> #WhoWeAreLookingForIndividuals who have a strong will to expand their knowledge of new technologies, a passion to grow within the company and aspirations for career growth. HR Systems & Integrations Consultant – Human Capital Operate @ Thessaloniki

The Sr. Director, AI &amp; Data is responsible for directly overseeing and organizing wide-reaching Pfizer initiatives through digital-wide initiatives, or via horizontal platforms and products. As an individual contributor, your primary impact is through your direct work. As a people manager, you are responsible for leading and directing your team to accomplish wide-reaching strategic goals.
