Ο/Η Pastry Sous Chef υποστηρίζει τον Pastry Chef στην προετοιμασία, το μαγείρεμα και την παρουσίαση γλυκών και ζαχαροπλαστικών δημιουργιών, εξασφαλίζοντας την τήρηση των συνταγών, της ποιότητας και των προτύπων παρουσίασης του ξενοδοχείου.
