As a Consultant, in the Brand &amp; Communications team, you will focus on digital marketing, internal communications, and events support, working closely with business teams, leadership, and external partners to deliver integrated, high-quality communication initiatives aligned with Deloitte’s brand and strategic priorities. #KeyResponsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement digital communication initiatives aligned with Deloitte’s business and brand strategies.</li><li>Manage social media accounts and content publishing across owned channels, ensuring alignment with Deloitte’s brand, tone of voice, and campaign objectives.</li><li>Contribute to campaign performance analysis and reporting, supporting continuous improvement and effectiveness.</li><li>Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to plan and deliver integrated campaigns across digital and owned channels.</li><li>Support the planning, coordination, and execution of events, sponsorships, and career-related initiatives (before, during, and after execution).</li><li>Support internal communications planning and execution, ensuring clarity, consistency, and relevance across channels.</li><li>Develop, review, and edit communication materials, ensuring alignment with Deloitte’s tone of voice and brand values.&nbsp;</li></ul> #RequiredSkills<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree will be considered an asset.</li><li>3–6 years of relevant experience in an advertising agency, corporate communications, digital marketing, or similar environment, ideally within professional services or consulting.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.</li><li>Strong understanding of the digital landscape, including social media, content formats, and digital best practices.</li><li>Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate, influence, and build trusted relationships.</li><li>Experience with digital tools, CMS platforms, or website analytics will be considered an asset.</li><li>Attention to detail, accountability, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset aligned with a consultant role.</li></ul> #WhatWeOffer&nbsp;At Deloitte, we know that great people make&nbsp;a great&nbsp;organization.
