We are seeking a Contracts Officer&nbsp;to join our&nbsp;Contracting team in out Thessaloniki offices.&nbsp;Your role will encompass:<ul><li>Draft and revise a variety of contracts with customers and suppliers</li><li>Preparation of suppliers’ and subcontractors’ contracts</li><li>Ensure that the contract documents are accurate and updated&nbsp;</li><li>Draft and administer contract documents, including Main contracts with Subcontractors, Variation Orders and all relevant contractual notices</li><li>Participating in evaluation and negotiation of claims in any issues with subcontractors</li><li>Monitoring Insurance, Bonds and Warranties and monitor the issue/renewal of performance Guarantees /Advance payment Bonds in conjunction with relevant Department</li><li>Coordinate negotiations with customers to discuss both legal and business matters</li><li>Provide advice and guidance to the different teams relating to the contract’s terms and provisions</li><li>Resolution of contractual and commercial problems</li><li>Consulting the Commercial Manager on key areas</li><li>Support to Project Management in contractual issues</li><li>Maintain excellent working relationships with clients to ensure a good collaboration</li></ul>What you bring to the role:<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Law Or Bachelor’s degree in engineering with legal background</li><li>Master degree from a recognised university will be considered as an asset</li><li>Working language both Greek and English</li><li>Working knowledge of MS Office</li><li>Working knowledge of construction and forms of Conditions of Contract</li><li>Strong experience with both English and Greek law contracts</li><li>Ability to operating in a highly technical and complex field</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiations, organisation and interpersonal skills</li><li>High level of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality&nbsp;</li></ul>Share the same Value Based Behaviors:  <ul><li>People &amp; Personal growth  </li><li>Results orientation &amp; Safety excellence  </li><li>Collaboration &amp; Trust  </li><li>Empathy &amp; Effective communication  </li><li>Flexibility &amp; Adaptability </li></ul>Your Benefits:  <ul><li>Competitive Salary &amp; Benefits package</li><li>Cooperation, creativity and innovation: we adopt flexible cooperation models to achieve fast results and increased productivity &nbsp;</li></ul>
