As Senior Associate, Technical Writer, you will play a critical role in creating and maintaining clear, accurate, and developer-friendly documentation for AI capabilities, SDKs, modules, and solution patterns within the AI Architecture &amp; Solution Design department. You will be responsible for monitoring transactional data, managing fraud alerts, and proactively developing strategies to prevent emerging fraud threats.<ul><li>Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies and roadmaps tailored to client business needs.</li><li>Develop fraud management strategies and identify fraud prevention and detection controls.</li><li>Support the development of security policies, controls, standards, and awareness programs.</li><li>Analyze potentially fraudulent transactions to identify patterns, behaviors, and anomalies.</li><li>Investigate and triage alerts generated by anti-fraud systems, determining whether they are false positives or confirmed fraud incidents.</li><li>Conduct root-cause analysis and deep dives into fraudulent events to uncover tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) used by fraudsters.</li><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders (IT security, compliance, customer service, and product teams) to enhance fraud prevention strategies.</li><li>Continuously monitor fraud trends and emerging threats in the cybercrime ecosystem.</li><li>Propose and implement rule updates and enhancements to fraud detection systems based on new attack vectors.</li><li>Advise clients on cyber risk management, governance models, and operating models.</li><li>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of cybersecurity posture and fraud detection and prevention controls, ensuring visibility and alignment at both operational and executive levels.</li><li>Produce accurate and timely reports to support internal stakeholders, regulatory requirements, and audit processes.</li><li> </li><li> </li></ul>Key Qualifications&nbsp;•	Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Criminology or related fields.•	Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.•	Attention to details and a proactive, risk-focused mindset.•	Clear and structured communication skills, with the ability to present results effectively to cross-functional teams.
