We look forward to getting to know you. &nbsp; &nbsp; full time - limitedYour contribution to the energy transitionAs the Mechanical Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for on-site supervision of Mechanical (Post, Rack and Modules) construction works on solar PV EPC projects in Greece including full responsibility for technical, environmental and safety compliance, quality, schedule, and integration control.&nbsp;Ο επιβλέπων Μηχανολόγος Μηχανικός είναι υπεύθυνος για την επί τόπου επίβλεψη των Μηχανολογικών εργασιών κατασκευής σε φωτοβολταϊκά έργα στην Ελλάδα με βάση τη συμμόρφωση στα τεχνικά, περιβαλλοντικά και πρότυπα ασφάλειας, την ποιότητα, τον προγραμματισμό και συντονισμένο έλεγχο.&nbsp;You can look forward to the following tasks;<ul><li>Reporting to the Construction Manager and the Construction Team Leader, the Construction Supervisor will work with Project Purchasing &amp; Logistics, System Design, Specialist, Consultants, Suppliers, Subcontractors, and the Client to ensure compliant project execution.</li><li>Accomplish construction project/trade results by defining project/trade purpose and scope; calculating resources required; establishing standards and protocols; allocating resources; scheduling and coordinating subcontractors and staff (Quality personnel that reports to him/her); evaluating milestone assumptions and conclusions; evaluating and implementing change orders via the Construction Manager.</li><li>Responsible for inspection, supervision and reporting on construction activities in conformance with project drawings, specifications, schedules, procedures, quality requirements and safety standards in accordance with company procedures &amp; processes, legislation, standards, and industry best practice.</li><li>Responsible for management of supplier and subcontractor construction &amp; commissioning.&nbsp;</li><li>Implement KPI’s, control and monitor (trade) schedule and quality performance against baselines schedule, raise NCRs through Construction Manager and implement corrective action.</li><li>Ensure full compliance with the QHSE regulations, legislation, standards, codes, and requirements in Greece.</li><li>Ensuring contractual trade schedule and payment milestones are achieved, including preparation and compilation of documentation.&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible for daily construction reports &amp; records as well preparation and review of work procedures, QCP’s and ITP’s.</li><li>Support Logistics team with material distribution on site and incoming good inspections. &nbsp;</li></ul>Your energy is requiredYou impress us with these qualifications:<ul><li>Civil / Mechanical Engineering background.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years construction supervision experience in Mechanical infrastructure projects, 2 years utility scale solar PV plants experience.</li><li>Good communication skills, written and spoken.&nbsp;</li><li>A proven track record in successfully completing construction on time, safely and compliant with technical &amp; quality requirements and standards.</li><li>Demonstrable experience of managing Subcontractors to stringent time and quality metrics.</li><li>Conversant with construction management (control and monitoring) tools, MS Office, etc.</li><li>Conversant with construction, labour, environmental and safety requirements and legislation.</li><li>Fluent in English and Greek.</li></ul>&nbsp;You have more to offer? The Quality Controller will be responsible to witness 100% inspections and tests carried out by the subcontractor in their discipline (Mechanical) to ensure high quality standard are obtained as required by the Approved Quality Assurance Plan.&nbsp;&nbsp;Ο Μηχανολόγος Μηχανικός Ποιοτικού Ελέγχου πεδίου είναι υπεύθυνος για τον επί τόπου ποιοτικό έλεγχο των μηχανολογικών κατασκευαστικών εργασιών σε φωτοβολταϊκά έργα στην Ελλάδα, με βάση τα σχέδια, τις μεθόδους υλοποίησης, το Σχέδιο Διασφάλισης της Ποιότητας και τα πλάνα ποιοτικού ελέγχου, επίβλεψης και δοκιμών.
