The Paintshop Coordinator assists with the multi-shift day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring the product shipments meet the customer’s schedule.&nbsp; Ensures that company policies and procedures are adhered to within manufacturing operations. &nbsp;Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Supports the operation of the powder coating process for metal objects.</li><li>Assists in following operational procedures and contributes suggestions for improvements related to safety, quality, and efficiency.</li><li>&nbsp; Provides daily coordination and guidance to Paintshop staff and supports their training and development.</li><li>Monitors the chemical pre-treatment process and ensures correct handling of materials under supervision.</li><li>Assists with handling, preparing, and replenishing solutions (acids and other liquids) according to established procedures.</li><li>&nbsp;Performs routine quality checks and assists with final product measurements.</li><li>Contributes to capacity and resource planning by providing data and observations to the supervisor.</li><li>Ensures work is carried out in accordance with quality, environmental, safety, and information security policies and procedures.</li><li>Maintains a high standard of work and supports others in doing the same.</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements<ul><li>Degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field.</li><li>3–5 years of experience in powder coating of metal objects (metal structures, doors, etc.) or relevant industrial experience.</li><li>Strong teamwork skills and the ability to coordinate tasks and support colleagues.</li><li>&nbsp;Willingness to learn, take initiative, and develop within the role.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.</li><li>Advanced English knowledge (oral and written)</li><li>Advanced knowledge of MS Office and EPR Systems (preferably SAP)</li><li>Ability to work on rotating shifts.</li></ul>

Guided by our shared values and long-term vision, we are now looking to strengthen our team with a Production Supervisor for our Plant in Sindos, Thessaloniki.Can you say ‘yes’?Do you treat your colleagues with respect?Do you always have the customer in mind?Do you act with future generations in mind?Do you seek opportunities to grow and develop?Do you have a proven track record of delivering results?Key ResponsibilitiesAs Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient and high-quality operation of the production area, while leading and supporting the production team to meet performance targets.Your main responsibilities will include:<ul><li>Planning, coordinating and supervising daily production activities in line with the production schedule and business priorities</li><li>Ensuring production targets are achieved in line with quality, cost and delivery requirements</li><li>Leading, motivating and developing production operators to maintain a high-performing and engaged team</li><li>Monitoring production processes and equipment performance to ensure smooth operations and minimise downtime</li><li>Ensuring full compliance with health, safety, environmental and company standards across the production area</li><li>Promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring the correct use of procedures, tools and personal protective equipment</li><li>Coordinating closely with maintenance, quality, warehouse and other relevant departments to support uninterrupted production flow</li><li>Identifying process inefficiencies, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities, and implementing corrective actions where needed</li><li>Monitoring product quality and ensuring production output meets required specifications and company standards</li><li>Preparing and reviewing production reports, including output, waste, downtime and performance indicators</li><li>Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency and operational performance</li><li>Participating in shift handovers, team briefings and performance discussions to ensure effective communication across teams</li></ul>Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will ideally bring:<ul><li>Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within a manufacturing environment</li><li>Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to guide, coach and develop teams</li><li>Good communication and decision-making skills, with a hands-on and proactive approach</li><li>Solid understanding of production processes, manufacturing equipment and operational workflows</li><li>Ability to analyse issues, solve problems effectively and implement practical improvements</li><li>Good knowledge of health and safety regulations and quality standards within an industrial environment</li><li>Proficiency in using production-related systems and standard reporting tools</li><li>Degree or diploma in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering, would be considered an advantage</li><li>SAP System Knowledge would be considered an advantage</li><li>Fluency in Greek and English would be considered an advantage, depending on local business needs</li></ul>Benefits / Salary<ul><li>Salary according to qualifications</li><li>Private health insurance</li><li>Continuous training</li></ul>
