If you are interested in the above, then we are waiting for your application for this “Internal Communications Officer” position!Department:CommunicationsProject Location(s):Central MacedoniaEducation:BSc Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business AdministrationYou are responsible for<ul><li>Develop and implement the internal communications strategy in alignment with corporate objectives, employer branding priorities, and ESG commitments</li><li>Create, edit, and manage content across internal communication channels, including intranet, newsletters, leadership messages, presentations, and internal events</li><li>Support senior management in the effective cascade of corporate messages, change initiatives, transformation programs, and sustainability-related communications</li><li>Contribute to employer branding initiatives by promoting the company’s culture, values, people stories, and employee value proposition</li><li>Collaborate closely with HR, Sustainability, and cross-functional international teams to ensure consistent, engaging, and purpose-driven messaging</li><li>Monitor, measure, and evaluate the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives and continuously propose improvements</li></ul>Your Education &amp; Qualifications are<ul><li>BSc in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field</li><li>3–4 years of proven experience in internal and/or corporate communications, preferably within a multinational or industrial environment</li><li>Excellent command of English, both written and verbal (knowledge of additional languages is an asset)</li><li>Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging messages</li><li>Experience in multimedia content creation and social media management; skilled in designing infographics, newsletters, and presentations</li></ul>You are a professional with<ul><li>Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and operate effectively in a complex, matrix organization</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills, able to network, build rapport, and work effectively across different teams and levels</li><li>Critical thinking, attention to detail, and integrity, ability to identify communication opportunities and act with professionalism and ethical responsibility</li></ul>The company offers<ul><li>Competitive compensation and benefits package</li><li>A purpose-driven work environment with a strong focus on sustainability, responsible business practices, and long-term value creation</li><li>Exposure to a dynamic, multicultural, and international organization</li><li>Continuous learning opportunities and clear career development paths</li><li>The opportunity to actively contribute to initiatives that enhance employee engagement, corporate reputation, and social and environmental impact</li></ul>
