We are currently seeking for experienced &amp; ambitious team players to become part of our dynamic IT team within our&nbsp;Internal&nbsp;Services&nbsp;department in&nbsp;Thessaloniki, working directly with&nbsp;Deloitte Switzerland. #YourRole As a&nbsp;Product Manager, you will: <ul><li>be a strategic leader responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap for a specific product area.</li><li>focus on a whole area of products ensuring the products within the area aligned with business goals and ITIL/ISO 20000 service management standards.</li><li>serve as the bridge between leadership team, customers, and product teams, driving product success through strategic planning, market validation, and technical oversight.</li><li>maintain deep technical engagement to understand architectural constraints, technical feasibility, and innovation opportunities while driving continuous improvement initiatives across the product area.</li><li>work collaboratively with the PO throughout the full PI/Sprint cycle to ensure proper backlog management, tracking, and prioritization aligned with company needs and strategic objectives.</li></ul> #KeyResponsibilities: <ul><li>Backlog &amp; Prioritization: Define and communicate the product area vision and strategy aligned with business objectives - Develop and maintain PI-level roadmaps with clear milestones and technical dependencies - Plan and manage PI cycles (3-month increments)</li><li>Backlog Tracking &amp; Governance: Establish backlog tracking mechanisms and governance processes - Monitor backlog health, velocity trends, and completion rates - Ensure all backlog items are properly tracked and documented</li><li>Stakeholder Management: Gather and synthesize requirements from diverse stakeholders across the product area</li><li>Continuous Improvement &amp; Service Management: Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the product area aligned with ITIL/ISO 20000 standards - Establish and monitor service level agreements (SLAs) - Review PI retrospectives and implement improvements across product teams.</li><li>Business &amp; Metrics: Budget management, Pricing strategy of the Product stack</li><li>Product Discovery &amp; Validation: Conduct user interviews and market research to validate product area assumptions - Define success metrics and establish analytics frameworks for the product area.</li><li>Team Collaboration &amp; Governance: Facilitate PI planning sessions to align teams on strategic objectives - Participate in PI reviews and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement</li></ul> #RequiredSkills <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field</li><li>5+ years of&nbsp;product management or product strategy experience</li><li>2+ years of&nbsp;hands-on technical experience&nbsp;(software development, architecture, or technical product management)</li><li>Proven&nbsp;track record of defining and executing successful product strategies&nbsp;at PI level (vision, market analysis, etc)</li><li>Strong understanding of&nbsp;SAFe or Agile frameworks&nbsp;and ceremonies, SDLC, technical architecture</li><li>Excellent&nbsp;communication&nbsp;and&nbsp;presentation&nbsp;skills,&nbsp;stakeholder&nbsp;management, influence without authority, cross-team coordination</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in&nbsp;English language</li><li>Ability to engage in technical discussions and understand architectural constraints</li><li>Experience&nbsp;managing multiple product teams&nbsp;or a product portfolio</li><li>Demonstrated experience&nbsp;driving continuous improvement initiatives, conflict resolution etc</li><li>Strong backlog management&nbsp;and prioritization experience, metrics analysis, health monitoring, documentation, governance</li><li>Business Acumen: Pricing strategy, KPI definition</li><li>Quick decision-making, prioritization, trade-off analysis, technical trade-off evaluation</li><li>Knowledge of&nbsp;ITIL/ISO 20000 service management frameworks</li></ul> #PreferredSkills <ul><li>PRINCE2 Practitioner or alike</li><li>PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner or alike</li><li>ITIL Foundation certification</li></ul> #WhatWeOffer At Deloitte, we know that great people make a great organization.
