The Paintshop Coordinator assists with the multi-shift day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring the product shipments meet the customer’s schedule.&nbsp; Ensures that company policies and procedures are adhered to within manufacturing operations. &nbsp;Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Supports the operation of the powder coating process for metal objects.</li><li>Assists in following operational procedures and contributes suggestions for improvements related to safety, quality, and efficiency.</li><li>&nbsp; Provides daily coordination and guidance to Paintshop staff and supports their training and development.</li><li>Monitors the chemical pre-treatment process and ensures correct handling of materials under supervision.</li><li>Assists with handling, preparing, and replenishing solutions (acids and other liquids) according to established procedures.</li><li>&nbsp;Performs routine quality checks and assists with final product measurements.</li><li>Contributes to capacity and resource planning by providing data and observations to the supervisor.</li><li>Ensures work is carried out in accordance with quality, environmental, safety, and information security policies and procedures.</li><li>Maintains a high standard of work and supports others in doing the same.</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements<ul><li>Degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field.</li><li>3–5 years of experience in powder coating of metal objects (metal structures, doors, etc.) or relevant industrial experience.</li><li>Strong teamwork skills and the ability to coordinate tasks and support colleagues.</li><li>&nbsp;Willingness to learn, take initiative, and develop within the role.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.</li><li>Advanced English knowledge (oral and written)</li><li>Advanced knowledge of MS Office and EPR Systems (preferably SAP)</li><li>Ability to work on rotating shifts.</li></ul>

The position reports to the Health and Safety Manager of the Thessaloniki Plant.The primary scope of this role is to promote and monitor all issues related to occupational health and safety for Titan’s Thessaloniki Plant in accordance with corporate policies and legislation to meet company’s business requirements.&nbsp;Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify, assess, and mitigate health and safety risks through risk assessments, preventive measures, and the analysis of incidents and near misses, ensuring continuous improvement of safety practices</li><li>Implement, and monitor Health &amp; Safety plans, programs, and policies, ensuring full compliance with Greek legislation and company standards.</li><li>Organize and conduct plant inspections and safety audits to ensure compliance, identify improvement opportunities, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment</li><li>Maintain and continuously improve the Health &amp; Safety Management System in line with ISO 45001 requirements</li><li>Deliver Health &amp; Safety training and awareness programs for employees, contractors, and visitors, promoting a strong safety culture</li><li>Monitor H&amp;S performance through KPIs, corrective actions, and improvement plans, maintaining accurate records and preparing periodic reports for management review</li><li>Coordinate and oversee Health &amp; Safety compliance of contractors, subcontractors, and third parties on site, supporting internal and external audits and liaising with regulatory authorities</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>University degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical &amp; Minning engineering</li><li>At least 3 years of experience in Health &amp; Safety, or in production/maintenance roles within an industrial environment</li><li>Strong knowledge of occupational Health &amp; Safety legislation, risk analysis, accident prevention, and mitigation measures</li><li>Experience in preparing H&amp;S reports, procedures, and policies is desirable</li><li>Strong observation, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset</li><li>Effective communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders</li><li>Role requires the ability to meet physical job requirements</li><li>Fluency in Greek and English (oral and written)</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office applications</li><li>Military service fulfilled (where applicable)</li></ul>&nbsp;What we offer&nbsp;<ul><li>Private health insurance</li><li>Pension plan</li><li>Annual checkup</li><li>Performance bonus</li><li>Prepaid cards for supermarket</li><li>Learning and Development opportunities</li><li>Internships and summer schools for employee children</li><li>Wellness programs and special offers</li></ul>
